Pictured above, in an artist’s rendering of the defendants on November 2, 2011 in Gainesville, Georgia, from left to right, are the following senior citizens:
Emory Dan Roberts, Frederick W. Thomas, Ray H. Adams, and Samuel J. Crump.
Thomas is 73 years old, Crump is 68 years old, Roberts is 67 years old, and Adams is 65 years old. All four are residents of Georgia.
Supposedly, these four senior citizens conspired (what does that really and truly mean these days?) to assassinate judges, politicians, federal agents and other government officials in both Washington, DC and Atlanta, Georgia.
Supposedly, since Barack Obama took Office of [de facto] US President the number of right wing militia groups has risen from 149 (2008) to at least 824 (2010). I couldn’t care less whether those numbers are accurate or not just like I couldn’t care less how many left wing militia groups exist today.
The United States of America, i.e., the US Government, is accusing four senior citizens of being domestic terrorists and practitioners of terror. The group of four senior citizens were allegedly going to practice terror with biological weapons, i.e., castor beans (hyped-up internet lore) and fake explosives (which the US Gov supplied them with) and on top of that they had the most devastating and destructive of all weapons of terror…a unregistered silencer.
It appears that these senior citizens also might possibly be guilty of thought-crime as well as pre-crime. Additionally, it appears that they are guilty of exercising their fundamental right to freedom of speech and association.
Let me ask a question to the readers here:
If Frederick conspires with Emory to commit a crime, but that crime is in fact impossible to commit, then did Frederick really commit the crime of conspiracy?
Think about that question over the next few days and we will have a discussion on that early next week.
For the record:
Emory Dan Roberts is charged with the following:
18:371.F — CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE UNITED STATES
CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS AN UNREGISTERED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE
POSSESSION OF AN UNREGISTERED SILENCER
Samuel J. Crump is charged with the following:
18:175.F PROHIBITIONS WITH RESPECT TO BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS
CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS AND PRODUCE A BIOLOGICAL TOXIN
ATTEMPTED PRODUCTION OF A BIOLOGICAL TOXIN
Frederick W. Thomas is charged with the following:
18:371.F – CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE UNITED STATES
CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS AN UNREGISTERED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE
POSSESSION OF AN UNREGISTERED SILENCER
Ray H. Adams is charged with the following:
18:175.F PROHIBITIONS WITH RESPECT TO BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS
CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS AND PRODUCE A BIOLOGICAL TOXIN
ATTEMPTED PRODUCTION OF A BIOLOGICAL TOXIN
I don’t have a lot of time tonight (I wish that I did) so I have no other choice than to cut this blog report short. I will however state here, for the record, that I will be from here on out, on a very regular basis, publishing blog reports here on WOBIK regarding the plight of these four courageous, undaunted and patriotic-thinking senior citizens.
NOTE: In subsequent reports I will be supplying official, and lengthy, court documents which other websites wont want you to see. I’ll of course give you my take on whats happening but I’ll also supply you with the official court records. I have such documentation today but, given the time restraints, I cannot upload the said documents today. I will report again soon.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I plan to make several additional comments regarding this interesting and important post! The story carries a HIDDEN AGENDA, as do many of our largely-government-controlled MSM Headline News stories these days.
This story is NOT just about (THEIR implied words) ‘some crazy old geezer militia-types from backwoods Georgia getting together at their local Waffle House restaurant and other quaint locals to plan the violent overthrow of the U.S. Government and spread widespread, indiscriminant terror across the country by use of ‘ricin’, a chemical weapon of mass destruction.’
I hope others will join in on this discussion.
JUST TO GET THINGS STARTED, let me just tangentially nibble a bit at the edges of this complex story…. I do NOT recommend ‘Wikipedia’ as a source for any authoritative information on any politically-related topics. However, I think it is INTERESTING that fully ONE-THIRD of the entire Wikipedia article titled, “2011 Georgia Terrorist Plot”, which is linked below states:
“According to court documents, Thomas was inspired by the online pro-militia novel “Absolved” by Mike Vanderboegh, which features small bands of U. S. citizens rising up against the federal government. Vanderboegh denied responsibility for inspiring the attack, saying in a blog post “I am as much to blame for the Georgia Geriatric Terrorist Gang as Tom Clancy is for Nine Eleven.” Earlier, Vanderboegh had attracted controversy after urging health care reform opponents to throw bricks through the windows of Democratic Party offices; several such incidents occurred after Vanderboegh made his statement.”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Georgia_terrorist_plot
Mike Vanderboegh, who regularly posts on his blog, ‘Sipsey Street Irregulars’ (http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com) has been a MAJOR FACTOR IN BRINGING THE FACTS BEHIND THE OBAMA ADMINSTRATION’S SHAMEFUL SCANDAL ‘FAST & FURIOUS’ (GUNWALKER), FIRST TO THE PUBLIC’S ATTENTION, AND LATER TO THE ATTENTION OF A SENATE INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE!
Eric Holder may be forced to vacate his job in disgrace over this scandal, and this will leave Obama without his powerful, experienced first line of legal defense in matters related to his POTUS ineligibility!
Hmmmmm! Methinks that, at the very least, this ‘Georgia Terrorist Plot’ story is an attempt to discredit and bury the ‘Gunwalker’ scandal.

I learned of this today. I am shocked and dismayed. I wondered why I did not hear from Fred the last 2 years. I knew he had some health issues and thought may be he passed away. He has family here in New Castle but I never contacted them. I received a call today re another matter so I asked if anyone has heard from Fred? I was shock to say the least. Fred is a good guy and loved by all here. I knew he was conservative
but to carry it this far sure is a shocker.
