(3) The election division in New Jersey falls under Secretary of State, Kim Guadagno. She is also the LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR — sharing the ticket with Governor Christie.
(4) Trump and Cruz are currently running in the #1 and #2 positions respectively for delegates in the nationwide GOP primary elections.
Will ‘RINO Trojan Horse’ Cruz be judged by the New Jersey Secretary of State to be a “natural born Citizen” as required by Article II of the U.S. Constitution to run for the office of POTUS? Will Cruz be required to provide a VALID COPY of his “Consular Report of Birth Abroad” to show that his parents even CARED ENOUGH ABOUT THE U.S.A. at the time to submit the NORMAL PAPERWORK for him to be FORMALLY declared an ordinary, naturalized U.S. citizen?
If Cruz is kept off the ballot in New Jersey, it seems this bold act would be extremely difficult for even our pathetic MSM to ignore! If this outcome actually occurs, what would be its ultimate ramifications for a full investigation and exposure following the election of Trump in November, regarding OBAMA’s many frauds and deceptions? ENQUIRING MINDS want to know!

Law professor runs for president in order to challenge Ted Cruz’s eligibility

Excerpt:
Law professor Victor Williams is running for president for the purpose of challenging whether Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) is a “natural born citizen” eligible to be elected president. Williams believes that “Ted ‘Canadian’ Cruz” is ineligible. He also brands Cruz as an “extremist.” In order to establish standing to press this claim, Williams filed as a candidate in the Republican primary in nine states, subsequently filing ballot eligibility challenges against Cruz in each one.
One state — New Jersey — is taking Prof. Williams’ charges seriously and has scheduled a hearing on Cruz’s eligibility for Monday morning, according to this release. Because he has filed as a competing candidate, Williams believes that he has “competitor standing” to challenge Cruz’s eligibility and, if his claim is rejected by state officials, to file suit in court.

Ted Cruz Faces Eligibility Hearing In New Jersey April 11th

Excerpt:
Professor Victor Williams is a little-known candidate for president of the United States in 2016 whose name may soon become a household word. He is on the ballot in nine states and has chosen to use his “Competitor Candidate Standing” to potentially strike and disqualify Canadian born Ted Cruz from 8 State Ballots. Williams, an attorney and law professor, also pledges he will litigate to invalidate fraudulent elections should Ted Cruz not be disqualified.
Each filing alleges that Rafael Ted Cruz obtained ballot access by fraudulently, misrepresenting his eligibility as a Canadian-born, and not a natural born American citizen. Each charge demands that the Secretary of State provide Williams with immediate remedy for ballot fraud in specific ways.
New Jersey may be of concern for particular concern for the Canadian immigrant. On April 8, 2016 Mr. Williams posted an alert on his campaign website headlined “Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in New Jersey resulting from charges of ballot access fraud.”
He goes on to detail that a primary ballot disqualification hearing has been scheduled by the Secretary of State for Monday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. in Mercerville, New Jersey.
The alert states, “Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots: ‘Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a ‘natural born’ American citizen.’ Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Cruz is a naturalized (not natural born) American citizen.”
Cruz may not even be a naturalized US citizen as he has not provided that proof either and has been unwilling to do so. We’ll hopefully learn the truth in that regard on April 11th as well.

Seeing as Bruce is running the blog now, I’m guessing that Kenya finally managed to get Smith extradited, and and then executed for crimes against the state. At least I think that was how that piece of fiction he wrote all those years ago was supposed to play out.
Oh wait, now I remember! He became some secret man-hunter for the Dominican Republic, in exchange for them not extraditing him. Must be on some super secret mission or something. LOL.

N.J. judge hears challenges to Cruz eligibility

MERCERVILLE, N.J. – A New Jersey administrative law judge on Monday heard two challenges to GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz’s eligibility to appear on the New Jersey ballot, based upon the Texas senator’s birthplace in Canada.
The judge, Jeff Masin, didn’t decide the challenges to Cruz’s eligibility to appear on the June 7 primary ballot, but said he would issue a decision Tuesday. The decision is expected to be reviewed by Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who is New Jersey’s secretary of state.
One of the challenges was brought by three South Jersey citizens, and the other by a law professor who lives in Maryland and is running for president as a write-in candidate in New Jersey. Both parties argued that because Cruz was born in Canada, he is not a natural-born citizen, making him ineligible for the presidency.
Cruz’s mother was born in Delaware, while his father was born in Cuba. The senator released his birth certificate in 2013.
Shalom Stone, a New Jersey attorney representing Cruz, argued that the citizens – Fernando Powers of Blackwood, Donna Ward of Mantua, and Bruce Stom of Winslow Township – and Prof. Victor Williams didn’t have standing to challenge Cruz’s candidacy. Stone also said the state didn’t have authority to decide the question.
As for “natural-born citizen,” Stone said the words in the U.S. Constitution “have meaning given to them by English common law” at the time of their adoption. He directed Masin to his brief for cases supporting Cruz’s position.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court recently declined an appeal by a Pittsburgh man who challenged Cruz’s eligibility to appear on the ballot in the April 26 primary. A Commonwealth Court judge had ruled that Cruz is a natural-born citizen.
Masin, the New Jersey judge, said the Pennsylvania decision was the only one he knew of that addressed the merits of the arguments against Cruz’s eligibility. Other challenges have been dismissed on procedural grounds, Masin said.
Two of the challengers to Cruz’s eligibility in New Jersey, Williams and Powers, said they supported GOP candidate Donald Trump, who has raised questions about his rival’s eligibility. But Williams said he was Trump’s opponent in states where he is running as a write-in candidate, including New Jersey.

Judge says Cruz can stay on N.J. primary ballot
philly.com / The Philadelphia Enquirer

Updated 4/12/2016
Excerpt:
A New Jersey judge decided Tuesday that GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz can appear on the New Jersey primary ballot, ruling against two challenges to whether the Canada-born Texas senator qualified as a “natural born citizen.”
The administrative law judge, Jeff Masin, said that arguments that a person born in another country could not be a natural born citizen were “not facetious,” and that the subject would “never be entirely free of doubt” without a U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
But “the more persuasive legal analysis is that such a child, born of a citizen-father, citizen-mother, or both, is indeed a ‘natural born Citizen’ within the contemplation of the Constitution,” he said in a 27-page decision.
Masin had said Monday that he expected Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, New Jersey’s secretary of state, to review his decision. Guadagno is required to transmit the names of candidates to county clerks by Thursday.
