Today I visited a town that will soon be invaded by 'zombies' and viewed by millions!
THE WALKING DEAD -
My wife and I took a short trip to the small, historical town of Senoia, Georgia today to tour the 'Sourthern Living Magazine 2012 Idea Home'
The house is very interesting as can be seen in the video contained in the article linked below:

- also, I see where another local blogger, 'Bonnie Helander' had a similar good impression of the 'Idea Home' and the town of Senoia.

MY SUMMARY: Neat 'Idea Home'! Cool town! We even tried some 'Zombie Dark Coffee' at the 'Senoia Coffee & Café and it was GREAT!
THE WALKING DEAD -
"Summer visitors will also notice long, uncut grass throughout the town. The flowerbeds are also overgrown with weeds. Residents tell FOX 5 News that it is not neglect, but necessary for filming the hit cable show "The Walking Dead."
Producers asked city leaders for permission to use the town as a backdrop for filming for the upcoming season. They built a set on Main Street. It looks like it has been there forever, but peek around the back and the secrets of the craftsmen's movie magic is revealed.
The show will be filming throughout the summer. Season three is scheduled to premier in October"
