Powerverde - Innovations in Power Generation

Imagine generating the power you need with a generator that doesnt run on fossil fuels. Imagine an engine that runs on heat. It doesnt matter how the heat is generated, all that matters is that its there. It can even come from solar panels. In a similar fashion as an air-conditioning system extracts heat from your home, the Powerverde engine extracts heat and uses that energy to run an engine that can power generators, machinery or perhaps one day, your automobile. www.powerverdeenergy.com

Excerpt of Email received 6/10/2013 from Powerverde:

Last October, Hank Leibowitz, (www.wasteheatsol.com ) one of the world’s leading design engineers in Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technology and who helped launch Electratherm’s Green Machine product, spent time in Arizona where he witnessed the PowerVerde Liberator system (Liberator) in operation. He independently measured performance and other operating criteria including dollars spent per watt. He subsequently did a comparison of PowerVerde (PV) performance vs. Electratherm (ET), the only current competitor with a commercial machine for sale. The PV performance clearly impressed him. He decided to join PowerVerde and help lead their Liberator product to commercial performance standards.

As the design engineer for PV, Hank believes with great certainty, the new PV Liberator system, using a new technology in their driver system will outperform the old Liberator, radial and scroll designs and with the capability of running commercially for at least 25,000 hrs.

This is an amazing feat, given the comparable budgets with competitors such as Electratherm.

Another major point is that after all these years, Electratherm’s largest waste heat machine, according to their website data, only produces up to 65KW. After testing the new PV 50KW system, PV plans to scale to a 100 KW system or even larger with a single driver solution.

Full Disclosure: I am a small stockholder in Powerverde
