People who cant cope with change: Glacier covered in blankets to reduce summer melt.
People living near the Rhone glacier in the central Alps of Switzerland have come up with a striking tactic to counter the effects of climate change. Each summer the glacier is protected by blankets to keep ice melt to a minimum, the European Pressphoto Agency reports.
The earth is always changing, and always has been. The deserts of Africa were once tropical & wet. Antarctica is covered with ice and snow but deep beneath there are deciduous forests.
I don't understand why people like Obama who advocate change cannot deal with climate change (which has always been changing, for thousands of years, up and down).
