We were privileged yesterday to view the original (1994 restored) masterpiece painting by Vermeer - 'The Girl With A Pearl Earring'.
It is currently on tour in the USA, along with many other marvelous early Dutch paintings, while it's permanent home at the Mauritshuis art museum in the Netherlands is being renovated.
Absolutely spectacular!
