BRUCE ~ THANK YOU for these videos of mY favorite car . in 1962 I went to Sebring , Florida for the 12 hour Grand Prix sports car races and had an emotional experience watching the FERRARI factory team kill every other car on the track. Before the race began , the drivers were warming up their engines & I heard the high pitched screams as FERRARI ' s were revved up to 10,000 RPM . I said to guys with me - " What the hell is that ??? ", and they told me it was what we came to see - FERRARI . Then the factory team began to wipe out all the other cars ~ Corvettes dropped fiberglass all over the track ~ the poor Cobra drivers had their kidneys destroyed by all the rough bouncing . At the end of 12 hours , FERRARI had won 1 - 2 - 3 - 5 - and 6 place plus a few others by private entries . Inside the paddock area there was a gold BERLINETTA which was a gorgeous car . Since that day I have had a big love affair with the racing red cars from Modena , Italy . The TV series " How It ' s Made " has a category of dream cars , and they show inside the factory of FERRARI and how they are built . There are several car factories in the sequence , including Audi , Rolls Royce , Morgan and the Maserati ~ which is built in cooperation with FERRARI .

Today was a wet Sunday in Moscow which didn't bring much luck. The fifth running of the Moscow City Racing event, which since 2008 has seen gathered together the best of motorsport in the heart of the Russian capital, took place in bad weather, with rain falling on and off throughout the day, sometimes quite heavily.
