A whistle-blower from Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany New York came forward and advised Attorney Orly Taitz that she personally reviewed Barack Obama’s financial aid information, which stated that financial aid was given to Obama as foreign student and as a citizen of Indonesia.

Additionally, Obama failed to submit the Appellee’s brief in Taitz v Obama, Feinstein, Emken. This is an appeal, which was reinstated by the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Kathleen O’Leary.Appellant Taitz filed her Appellant’s brief.

Appellees failed to file an Appellees’ brief. They were given additional 15 days and they failed again. Attorney Taitz submitted a notice of failure by Appellees to file an Appellee’s brief and provided the court with this additional information, as part of the appeal revolves around the decision by the Superior Court judge Charles Marginis to rule in favor of the Occidental college and deny a motion to compel production of a redacted college registration for Obama in light of over a 100 pages of records showing Obama to be a citizen of Indonesia using forged and fraudulently obtained IDs. - Dr. Orly Taitz.

Interesting hearsay claims by Dr. Taitz that are unfortunately inadmissible in the court where she filed them. The whistleblower claims that several employees of HESC have made copies of the incriminating microfiche.

Of course, Barry could have lied about being an Indonesian citizen or have been a dual US-Indonesian citizen, but only proper legal discovery could sort that out. If this whistleblower could be persuaded to appear before congressional investigators, maybe this could have legs. Otherwise...not so much!

With an Indonesian school record stating he was an Indonesian citizen and then he himself testifying to that on aid applications and the lack of naturalization to US citizenship means he is an illegal alien.

It doesn’t matter what lawyer handles the case when all the judges are threatened by the DOJ, and those bringing the suits are told they have no standing. Congress would have to bring charges. But remember there was a coup in 2008. The executive branch controls all, even SCOTUS.

I still would like to hear Coburn explain why Obama was not vetted by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

CIA surely knew about it.

I have long believed that this is the key to what occurred (recall also the Postman's encounter with Zero at Bill Ayres parents house).

Of course the CIA knows the truth, what scares me is the answer to the question, not if they will use the info, but: why have they not done so?

Likely answer: Obama is moving the country in the desired direction of the real powers that be.

still on record , or that the other employees who have copies will reveal the truth and expose the fraud .
I am sick and tired of the smug jackass squatting in our oval office and the free government housing

controllers , and he imagines himself to be BULLETPROOF , and safe in the greatest deception in our history .
Every member of congress , all elected and appointed officials , the military , supreme court , federal court

and lied to . More and more AMERICANS of all parties increasingly become aware of the lying fraud and his
systematic destuction of our nation , and eventually WE will remove the usurper . The lazy , lamebrained
members of congress are just as guilty as obummer and they should be indicted along with him .
