On June 13, 2013, Judge Lamberth Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia gave leave of court to file 74 pages of motions and exhibits [embedded below] submitted by Attorney Orly Taitz in case 11-cv-402 Taitz v Astrue (Michael Astrue was the Commissioner of the Social Security at the time the case was originally filed, currently it is Carolyn W.Colvin)

This is significant, as the motions attached herein show that Barack Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890, immigrant from Russia, who is presumed to be deceased.

At the time the case was originally filed and heard, the plaintiffs did not have new information that became available recently. Such information includes recently released census data which shows Harrison J. Bounel being born in 1890, recent disclosure to the public of the 120 year SSA rule, which requires release of SS-5, Social Security original application of “extremely aged individuals”, meaning individuals of 120 years old or older without a consent of such individual and without a death certificate or any other proof of death, as well as recent report from Merlins Information Systems showing Barack Obama using both Bounel’s name and Social Security number in connection to his property at 5046 Greenwood in Chicago as late as 2009.

All of this information placed Obama in the corner and with no way out. (not counting his planned trip to Africa, of course). Holder Department of Justice has until 06.27.2013 to file an opposition on behalf of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, however at this time Social Security Administration cannot provide any justification or opposition. Holder , Obama and Carolyn W. Colvin, new Commissioner of SSA have to produce the application, which was filed by Harrison J. Bounel and which would be sufficient evidence not only for an impeachment of Obama, but also for criminal prosecution of Obama. - Red Flag News.

The writer says that Orly's claim about Barry using Bounel's SS# is a proven fact as shown in her filing, but I don't agree that this has been proved by her claims in her filing. Getting Bounel's SS-5 will show whether or not he conclusively had the same number as Barry. Then further litigation and investigation will be required to get Barry's SS-5, if the court can be persuaded to violate Barry's privacy to do that. Bounel has no privacy because he is conclusively dead 120 years after his claimed birth.

In her filing Orly challenged Judge Lamberth by reminding him that he ordered a violation of the privacy of FOX News reporter, Rosen, in the interest of national security. This may have persuaded Lamberth to allow Orly to file her additional motions and claims.

It does seem as though SSA has no grounds to withhold a FOIA release of Harrison J. Bounel's SS-5 and Judge Lamberth just might order it.

If you cut through Orly’s inflated claims she is asking the judge to compel SSA to produce Bounel’s SS-5, which might not even exist and may in no way implicate Barry even if it does.

I don’t see how the judge can possibly deny Orly’s request to compel production of the SS-5 of a 123 year-old man.

If Barry has nothing to hide then production of Bounel’s SS-5 can’t hurt him and the judge knows that.

It will be interesting to see how the DOJ attempts to prevent release of Bounel’s SS-5 because it will implicate Barry if they continue to fight it. Barry can’t claim privacy rights and the court cannot grant him privacy rights over Bounel’s SS file!

Al, the “debt collector” introduces what he believes is the association of the name Harrison J. Bounel with Barry and Mooshell for the first time:

Al says that the CT SS# doesn’t return ANY hits on his numerous SSN databases, so neither Barry nor “Bounel” were ever issued the number in his opinion. This contradicts Susan Daniels claims that the number was issued in March 1977. Note that e-Verify does not affirm the number being issued to Barry (or to Bounel, IIRC).

Al says that Bounel appears to be an alias of Barry that is associated specifically with the S. Greenwood address, phone # and spouse, Mooshell beginning in 2009.

If this is true, Barry is not using the stolen identity of Bounel but rather someone is doubling up on Barry’s unassigned SS# and that someone is either Barry or someone else.

The above appears to be consistent with Arpaio’s refusal to go down a rat-hole of trying to litigate to break through all of Barry’s privacy protection, including control of SSA, which could take years. Much better for Apraio to go for forensic proof that the pdf is forged.

Susan Daniels does say that the link to Bounel of bogus, yet Orly has tried to merge Daniels claim of a 1890 birthdate associated with Barry’s SS# with debt collector Al’s Bounel alias being associated with that SS#.

It is not clear to me that Judge Lamberth will see enough evidence from Orly to conclude that Bounel has an 1890 birthday and also that Bounel was ever issued a SS#. If Lamberth doesn’t see that evidence he won’t rule that Lamberth’s SS-5 should be released, IMO.
