Upon close examination of another long-form birth certificate from Hawaii, one from March 2011, (a month before Obama's) it becomes evident that one can no longer assert that the absence of a true seal impression on the Obama pdf, the Guthrie photo, and the AP scan of one of the WH photocopies given to reporters can be construed as evidence of counterfeiting because the other birth certificate contained not even the faintest impression of a ring, much less a true seal.
That does not argue for the legitimacy of the Obama LFCOLB but also doesn't argue for its illegitimacy since apparently Hawaii feels just fine about not legitimizing its own documents with proper methodology even though it is required by law, as with all states.
State Seals cannot be counterfeited if they are real, unique, and very few in number, -meaning only one per parent department. But I suspect that some clever person came up with a way to imitate a real embossing seal, but not with a sculpted metal embossing die but a programmable device that uses dots and dashes in place of raised unsegmented surface imagery that is carved and cast as a molded die. I also am forced to suspect that sometimes the clerk may have forgotten to use their embossing device. (distracted perhaps by too much of some stimulating conversation)
The other birth certificate does raise some new considerations though, -one for and one against Obama's pdf bc. The first is the race of the mother: Hawaiian, Chinese, Korean, German, English, Portuguese. Clearly those must be self-reported descriptions since they reflect national origin instead of race (Chinese and Korean are not different races but may be different strains of the same race) African could have been one of them, and would have been in regard to the father's race which is reported as "Black" if he had been a black African.
Second, such a long form birth certificate is required by law if requested, regardless of the claimed "policy" of barring the issuing of them except by granted special permission of the director. That birth certificate is glaring proof of the falsity of the whole cover-story of why Obama wouldn't release his long-form bc during the several years of constant protest that the short-form was worthless and a counterfeit and not proof that he was born in the United States.
The White House pretended that he released what was released to him and it is all Hawaii would supply, but that was a lie, -a lie that Hawaii was forced to go along with and not reveal the truth that the exchange of "letters" was a pure fabrication originating in the political office of the White House, -including the functionary: Bob Bauer (White House council) who provided impenetrable cover of attorney-client privilege.
But it's likely one of Obama's attorneys actually flew to Hawaii to obtain the source material for creating the birth certificate long form because the only alternative would have been the risk of physical or electronic interception, and Obama knew that every electronic communication was being captured by the NSA, and sending by mail would include risk of surreptitious opening and perhaps future charges of mail fraud.
The take-away is that if two real Hawaiian-created and certified birth certificates were produced, there is no reason to not send them by mail or courier, -instead of by an attorney being paid by the hour in the hundreds of dollars in addition to first class non-pre-booked air fare. That story holds no water whatsoever but gullible people will believe whatever the President says even though he isn't the one saying it. Instead his lying political underlings use the prestige of the office of the President to bamboozle the unsuspecting naive souls who are innocent true believers in the uprightness of their country and their government. So far it has pretty much worked on everyone in the media who appear to have no doubts even though in reality their jobs are at threat if they bring up the lingering questions and raise suspicions and doubts.
Like the story of the "communications" between Obama-&-lawyer and the Hawaiian Dept.of Health stinking of fabrication, other stinking things tie in with the suspicions raised, -namely the nature of the postmark on the Selective Service registration card, and the procurement and use of an unexplainable Social Security number. If Obama, while living in Indonesia, grew up not thinking of himself as an American, being as he had an African father and an Indonesia adoptive father, then he very conceivable may have never registered with Selective Service, nor even been issued a "valid" Hawaiian birth certificate even though he was registered into the system by affidavit, which was "filed" but never "accepted" pending submission of valid collaborating documents regarding birth circumstances, documentation that was never provided to the DoH.
Since Verna Lee was the registrar then and she ran a tight ship, no doubt she wanted proof that could not be provided and thus was never submitted. -
