The Blaze reports: The House of Representatives takes on Obama’s ‘imperial presidency’ with new ENFORCE Act
On Wednesday, the House of Representatives passed a bipartisan bill called the “ENFORCE the Law Act” (aka H.R.4136) aimed at expediting congressional lawsuits against the chief executive for his failure to enforce federal laws – primarily, Obamacare. Despite President Obama’s vow to veto the legislation, the bill, which was sponsored by Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), passed by a margin of 233 to 181 with five Democrats joining the Republican majority.
On Thursday’s Wilkow!, David French of the American Center for Law and Justice joined Andrew Wilkow to discuss President Obama’s ‘imperial presidency’ and what this legislation would mean for law enforcement in the United States. [...] Continued/Video @ The Blaze.
