Chris Strunk reports that today (Saturday May 10th) that the Shrimpton affidavit will have been completed and then will file Monday or as soon as an original signature is received; filed in both active trial court cases Strunk v Paterson and Strunk v Jefferies/ Board of Elections in Kings Civil Supreme as well as judicial notice in the active appellate case Strunk v NYS Board of Elections
And I will file by May 14th as judicial notice in my own related appeals in USCA-DCC and SCOTUS along with motions for additional extensions of time perfect appellate/ cert briefs until after pending decision on my motion to intervene and the docketed June hearings in front of NYSUCS Judge Schmidt in Kings Civil Supreme NCIS (US Naval Criminal Investigative Service) will also be noticed due to their federal police investigative authority being now questioned if Obama is not a validly eligible person to be CINC/POTUS.

I am also giving notice/FOIA to NCIS regarding its own investigation if any of the CINC/POTUS eligibility on the senior military handling of the DOS requests if any for protective / defensive response to the coordinated assault on the Benghazi US ambassador outpost(s) [.] - BVA
FYI will have signed on 5-12-14 Monday for making a Judicial Notice to Schmidt on Tuesday Christopher Earl Strunk in esse Sui juris agent. [.]
