Have you had enough already?
We are being attacked by Barack Obama. He has waged a war against our country, our Constitution and against every American citizen.
He used fake ID to gain access to the highest office in the land and sees nothing wrong with helping hundreds of thousands of aliens enter our country illegally.
The law means nothing to him.
Are you ready to speak up? To defend yourself? To stop him? If we don’t America, as we know it, is over. Some say it’s too late. I disagree.
As long as there is a breath in your body it isn't too late to challenge the usurper in the White House and defend our country. One way to do that is to support others who are fighting the good fight on the front lines. Like Walter Fitzpatrick.
Because the law means nothing to Obama, people who speak out against him are attacked. Taken down. Silenced. Harassed. Spied on. And, like all good bullies, Obama doesn't do the dirty deed himself, he gets other people to do it for him.
In this case Obama is using our courts, a place where truth and facts should prevail, to beat us up.
The Courts have been corrupted when it comes to the presentation of evidence concerning Obama’s forged identity. For five years citizens who have tried to grieve Obama’s crimes to a Judge, as is our legal right, have been mocked, penalized and threatened for doing so.
I was one of them. Walter Fitzpatrick is another.
He had the courage of his convictions. Convinced by the evidence that Barack Obama was not who he said he was and that he was using forged identity documents Fitzpatrick tried to exercise his constitutional right to present that evidence to a Grand Jury in Tennessee. That request was not only denied but a Grand Jury was convened to consider charges against Fitzpatrick essentially for….. .attempting to make use of the Grand Jury system!
On June 24, 2014 Fitzpatrick was found "guilty" by said jury, for not giving up and crying, “Uncle”, and will be sentenced on August 19, 2014.
We all know what this is about folks…..preventing the truth about Barack Obama from seeing the light of day.

The charges are completely defective for dozens of reasons. The case should never have been walked into a courtroom. But it was.

On June 24, 2014, a judge in Tennessee held a ‘Kangaroo Court Show Trial’ wherein the grand jurors were intimidated and compromised; the prosecutor misrepresented the facts; the judge (Jon Kerry Blackwood) was predisposed and biased against the defendant, LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick USN (Ret); and there was no accuser! Unbelievably, it concluded with a verdict of Guilty of ‘extortion’ (although nothing was ‘extorted’ from anybody) and ‘aggravated perjury’ (although the only persons who lied were the Judge and the prosecutor)!
LCDR Fitzpatrick was found ‘GUILTY’ of these crimes that were never committed, and is to be sentenced on 18 August 2014 … for trying to exercise his (and your) Constitutionally guaranteed 1st Amendment right to report crimes of Judicial Misconduct to a Grand Jury.

The stalking and harassment charges were dropped.
But on 24 June 2014 a McMinn County Trial Jury of twelve found me guilty of felony extortion and felony perjury (aggravated perjury.) How the jury came to its conclusions is beyond understanding.
The sentencing hearing is set for Tuesday, 19 August 2014. I expect to be locked up on the morning with a long sentence.

It is the duty of your committee to investigate and take appropriate action concerning these violations of Constitutionally guaranteed rights of American Citizens.”
