Carl Gallups: U.S. Senate knows what natural born Citizen is as shown in Senate Resolution 511 for Sen. McCain's eligibility to be POTUS. Maybe all of U.S. Congress should be impeached for not addressing Obama eligibility during the Electoral College(s). If Obama is discovered to be ineligible can he be impeached? If Obama found to be ineligible he should be arrested and frogmarched out of the White House in handcuffs and put in prison.
