Alert: Atty Klayman's 4 Cases At Supreme Court; Obama Atty Responds To Arpaio-Related Case

Attorney Larry Klayman currently has four cases sitting at the U.S. Supreme Court. Three cases distributed for Conference of Sept. 29th, 2014. Hugh McInnish's Obama ID/ballot fraud case that was before the Alabama Supreme Court is one of the cases set for conference. That case included affidavits from Team Arpaio.
Another case on the docket but not yet set for conference is Michael Voeltz's Obama ID/ballot fraud case from Florida. Sheriff Joe Arpaio submitted an affidavit about Obama's forged birth certificate in that case.
What is interesting about the Voeltz docket is it notes that Obama's private attorney Mark Herron actually filed an opposition brief. I believe that may be the first time Team Obama filed a brief in opposition in an Obama ineligibility-related case at the U.S. Supreme Court? Typically they just waive their right and not respond.
