Update: U.S. Supreme Court Evade 3 More Obama ID Fraud Related Cases; Justice Thomas Confirms

As reported here attorney Larry Klayman had four Obama ID fraud related cases sitting on the docket at the Supreme Court of the United States. Three of those cases were just denied without comment. Confirming, again, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas' admission that the SCOTUS is evading the presidential eligibility issue.
The remaining case at the SCOTUS is, Voeltz v. Obama, which was distributed for conference of October 10, 2014. The case originated out of Florida and includes affidavits from Team Arpaio about Obama's forged birth certificate. I believe it's the first Obama ineligibility case before the Supreme Court to get an Obama attorney to file a brief in opposition.
