A reader of Birther Report and viewer of the Newsmax TV cable television news network sent me the response below to an interview with attorney Larry Klayman about Obama's birth certificate that aired nationally today.
Newsmax TV's Ed Berliner shamefully cites an old Factcheck.org article on Obama's purported short-form birth certificate in an attempt to legitimatize Obama's purported long-form birth certificate. Berliner is either being dishonest with his viewers or he did zero research on what he was reporting. If he'd actually researched it he would know he was citing a controversial report that was published on the short-form years before the long-form was created.

It must also be noted that Factcheck.org is founded/run by the Annenberg Foundation. The same Annenberg Foundation that employed domestic terrorist Bill Ayers and Barack Obama. And, Snopes is run by two leftist activist.
Speaking of leftist activist: Here's the only two people ever allowed to purportedly inspect Obama's Short-Form;

I saw Larry Klayman on NewsMax's MidPoint show today. I was almost disappointed with Mr. Klayman, he did not know how to respond to one of the issues with Obama's BC. I also emailed NewsMax. I will copy what I said to them for you here, but first I would like to point out that no-one has or is making the point that the most important thing about this fight is that the Constitution has a set standard and the Constitution still matters.
Now to what I wrote to NewsMax,
I would like to make a statement about a story on MidPoint Oct., 06-2014. The segment about Obama's birth certificate. During that talk the part about Obama Sr.'s race being African is a problem. The term Negro was used as the definition to identify a black person or the P.C. term that is used today is African-American. To be truly fair Newsmax and your show MidPoint should bring on Mike Zullo from AZ. MCCSO Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse, to explain the issues of the birth certificate and how the web site's Snopes.com and Factcheck.org do not have any proof that Obama's Birth certificate is real. I can also tell you that his Selective Service card is also a fake, and Mike Zullo can also prove it! I would also like to point out that the problems with Obama are not just a matter of citizenship but are more a problem for the USA in terms of the Constitution and the rule of law in the USA. Just because the media wants to hide from a problem does not mean that the problem is not there. So NewsMax be the hero and point out the Constitutional problems that the USA has with Obama and why it matters to the Constitution.
