Obama Adviser Who Vouched for Obama Birth Certificate Forgery Resigning
    “THE END OF AN ERA”
    by Sharon Rondeau

(Feb. 4, 2015) — The Washington Times has reported that White House Senior Adviser Dan Pfeiffer has resigned his post and will leave by the end of the month, according to The New York Times.

Pfeiffer reportedly told Obama of his decision following Obama’s putative State of the Union address on January 20. Pfeiffer is described as a member of Obama’s “inner circle” and “one of his longest-serving aides.”

The UK Daily Mail reported Pfeiffer as leaving “in early March” and that he informed Obama within the last several days.

After Obama was allegedly re-elected in 2012, Pfeiffer was promoted to senior adviser. Last July, Pfeiffer speculated that the U.S. House of Representatives would approve Articles of Impeachment against Obama given the fact that the lower congressional chamber had already filed a lawsuit challenging Obama’s unilateral changes to his health care law known as “Obamacare.”

Pfeiffer acted as “Traveling Press Secretary” and “Communications Director” for Obama’s first presidential campaign, after which former Obama Communications Director Anita Dunn stated, “We controlled the media.”

The New York Times affirmed that Pfeiffer had maintained “a tight rein on Mr. Obama’s message” after Obama ascended to the White House.

Pfeiffer’s photo is posted on the White House website to the left of an image representing Obama’s long-form birth certificate from Hawaii which was declared a “computer-generated forgery” by a law enforcement investigation nearly three years ago.

At the time of the image’s publication on April 27, 2011, Pfeiffer was working as White House Communications Director. That morning, Obama held an ad hoc press conference in which he claimed the image as an accurate representation of his long-form birth certificate in an apparent effort to quell rising doubts that he was not eligible for the presidency.
    ................................

In a press release on April 27, 2011, Pfeiffer wrote:

In 2008, in response to media inquiries, the President’s campaign requested his birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. The state sent the campaign the President’s birth certificate, the same legal documentation provided to all Hawaiians as proof of birth in state, and the campaign immediately posted it on the internet. That birth certificate can be seen here (PDF).

When any citizen born in Hawaii requests their birth certificate, they receive exactly what the President received. In fact, the document posted on the campaign website is what Hawaiians use to get a driver’s license from the state and the document recognized by the Federal Government and the courts for all legal purposes. That’s because it is the birth certificate. This is not and should not be an open question.

The President believed the distraction over his birth certificate wasn’t good for the country. It may have been good politics and good TV, but it was bad for the American people and distracting from the many challenges we face as a country. Therefore, the President directed his counsel to review the legal authority for seeking access to the long form certificate and to request on that basis that the Hawaii State Department of Health make an exception to release a copy of his long form birth certificate. They granted that exception in part because of the tremendous volume of requests they had been getting.

In September 2011, a criminal investigation was launched into the authenticity of the image after approximately 250 Tea Party members expressed to their sheriff, Joe Arpaio, concerns that their votes might be disenfranchised in the 2012 presidential election if reports by experts that the image was a forgery proved accurate.

Arpaio agreed to commission his Cold Case Posse to investigate the image in order to “clear the president” so that his constituents could be assured that the image was a true representation of Obama’s birth certificate in regard to his constitutional eligibility.

On March 1, 2012, posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio gave a press conference in which they announced that the probe had led to the conclusion that there was probable cause to believe that both the birth certificate image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are fraudulent.

In a second press conference on July 17 of that year, the two lawmen declared that further investigation showed that the standard of probable cause had been surmounted in regard to the forgery of the birth certificate. Arpaio then called upon Congress to launch its own investigation into the findings, which it ultimately failed to do.

In December 2013, a video released by Mark Gillar of the Tea Party Power Hour reported that as a result of the investigation, prosecutions relating to the birth certificate forgery could be expected with witnesses testifying, although a place and time were not stated. Two days following the video’s release, then-Hawaii Department of Health Director Loretta Fuddy allegedly died after a small airplane in which she was traveling on state business reportedly suffered engine failure.

The pilot reportedly suffered a concussion, but one survivor swam to shore to alert authorities, and no one else suffered any serious injuries.

Last March, the posse had planned on releasing information gleaned from a second criminal investigation launched by Arpaio’s office stemming from the birth certificate probe, but new information led to a change in direction requiring more time.

Since last spring, Arpaio has hinted that he might release the new information he has gathered if he believes the public is ready to hear it. Zullo has described the revelations as “universe-shattering” and “gut-wrenching.”

The forgery of a government document is a federal felony. Obama has always expressed his advocacy for everyone “playing by the same set of rules.”

The Times quoted one of a “few” remaining Obama confidantes as stating that Pfeiffer’s departure signals “the end of an era.” © 2015, The Post & Email. All rights reserved. Source link.
