Today Chris Strunk received positive sua sponte motion order regarding both his 2008 and 2012 POTUS NYS Electoral College election - eligibility cases in NYS Kings Civil Supreme (in Brooklyn NY) The reply was filed this morning offering a "free" lesson on Martial versus civilian process to the court at large. Like Diogenes wandering the halls of Kings county court while straightening out some procedural issue with a clerk on another case 12-21948,--2008-29642 still active.. and ORDERED a hearing to be held March 28, 2014.
In regards to the notice to parties in the case 12-21948 where the NYC Board of Elections is still a party are to report to the NON-JURY READINESS PART at 360 Adams at 10AM on January 27, 2014. Notice to be sent to Corporation Counsel and Joshua Pepper of AG office.
New York State Supreme Court (Kings County trial level court) may finally start leading way back from the eligibility abyss in two still active trial court level cases (2008 and 2012 POTUS ballot eligibility cases) as soon as the return dates of Monday January 27, 2014.and March 28th 2014.
