Commander Charles Kerchner (Ret), Diligent Guardian, who has provided a daily dose of news intended to keep the Obama eligibility issue in the public light.
In a lawsuit, Cdr. Kerchner and other plaintiffs brought twelve counts insisting that the putative president, Barack Hussein Obama is not a "natural born Citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U. S. Constitution. Cdr. Kerchner has paid out of pocket for full page ads in the Washington Times:
No one in the election process, including the U.S. Congress which had a duty to investigate the charges against Obama's eligibility (as they did for similar charges against US Senator and 2008 presidential candidate John McCain) has fully investigated Obama's hidden and sealed original records as to his early life and no one in Congress has vetted Obama's Article II eligibility to constitutional standards.
