The Daily Caller published a piece today that appears to be an attempt to discredit the position that the founders relied upon Vattel's meaning of "natural born Citizen" in the Article II presidential eligibility requirement. To DC's credit they do cite some of the research of Attorney Mario Apuzzo and CDR Charles Kerchner.

Another recent publication by Regent University authored by John Jones discusses the “natural born Citizen” question in depth, including referencing “birthers” who claimed Obama was ineligible to serve.
