Chris Matthews is so foolish he unknowingly admitted what many of us birthers have been saying for years. To be natural born you have to be born to American parentS. Although Matthews still argues it doesn't matter where you're born at least he finally admits the parentage requirement. The comments came during a recent interview with Ted Cruz.
