Excerpt:
I've given multiple interviews this week over the hoopla surrounding Canadian-born Ted Cruz.
The first one was with The Daily Beast.
Unfortunately for Daily Beast readers they won't see it as Gideon Resnick left his big boy pants at home...
Here is the unedited email interview:

Last time one of the Daily Beast reporters requested comment from me she ignored my comments.
Fire away. I'll answer just about any question you have.

Fair enough. Here are some initial questions I have:
1. What do you think of the questions about Ted Cruz's birth being raised now?
2. What do you think Cruz should do?
3. Do you think Cruz is inelligible to be president?
4. How should the issue be resolved?
Thanks again.

1. What do you think of the questions about Ted Cruz's birth being raised now?
A(BR): They should have been raised by ya'll in the media when he first threw his hat in the ring. Not after he's raised millions of dollars in campaign contributions for an office he's clearly not eligible to hold.
Yet ya'll continue to propagate the disinformation piece put out by political appointees Clement and Katyal under the Harvard Law Review. Don't you find it interesting that that propaganda piece was put out about a week before Cruz announced his candidacy? And just about every recent article published on the subject cites that disinfo piece.
2. What do you think Cruz should do?
A(BR): Cruz should return every penny he's raised and drop his run for POTUS.
3. Do you think Cruz is inelligible to be president?
A(BR): Yes. As is Barack Obama, if his parents are who he claims they are. As is Marco Rubio. All three should step down and return all contributions.
4. How should the issue be resolved?
A(BR): There's been multiple failed attempts over the years, by both political parties, including nearly a dozen attempts in the last 20 years, to amend the Article II presidential eligibility clause (requirement) to allow non-"natural born Citizens" to be POTUS. Read the eligibility requirement (Citizen) for Congressmen and Senators and read the Article II presidential eligibility requirement (natural born Citizen).
Congressional investigations should have been held back in 2008 on the issue. Its beyond that now. An independent special prosecutor should be initiated. It is clear as day something stinks in Denmark, especially in regards to Barack Obama a.k.a. Barry Soetoro.
By the way, where's Cruz's "Consular Report of Birth Abroad"??? He won't release it. Its been rumored both his parents became naturalized Canadian citizens before Ted Cruz was born.
If that's the case he likely is not even a U.S."Citizen" never mind a"natural born Citizen"...
