Update On Today's Court Hearing About Obama's Connecticut Social Security Number

Dear All:
"I had my hearing for a temporary injunction to try to keep Obama off the ballot. I do not think it went well. There were no attorneys for the Secretary of State, who I was suing because it is his responsibility to investigate when it is brought to his attention that something is wrong with a filing (Obama's).
The judge would not allow me to enter some exhibits into evidence and I could tell from the direction he was leading me that it was not good. He said he would render a verdict within a week. Since there is still a Motion to Dismiss that he has not ruled on, I expect him to rule in favor of it and to dismiss my case. I plan to appeal if that happens."

PS There were about a dozen supporters from the local Tea Party in attendance. That was very nice.
