Dear Rep. Stockman:
I write to you as editor of The Post & Email, an electronic newspaper which has been reporting on the fraudulent birth records of Barack Hussein Obama since its inception in late August 2009.
In 2008, it was obvious that something about Obama’s background was being hidden from the American people. Since that time, despite numerous attempts at assurance from congressmen, senators, governors, attorneys general and state legislators that Obama has occupied the office of president legally and constitutionally, The Post & Email and a handful of other publications continued to probe the Hawaii Department of Health for answers which became more elusive and evasive over time.
Many citizens, aware of the danger of a constitutionally ineligible person occupying the White House, contacted their state electors prior to the convening of the Electoral College in December 2008 and implored them to investigate Obama’s background for eligibility. After such requests were ignored, thousands of American citizens wrote to their representatives with the same concern between late 2008 and January 20, 2009, asking them to vet Obama’s constitutional qualifications to no avail. On January 8, 2009, Congress approved the Electoral votes before then-Vice President Richard Cheney could issue the constitutionally-mandated call for objections, with Rep. Nancy Pelosi breaking out in raucous applause in an apparent attempt to muffle any objections which might arise from the chamber.
Nancy Pelosi’s signature appears on two sets of nomination certification documents from 2008, one of which went to the state of Hawaii and declared that Obama was constitutionally qualified to serve as president, while the other, which lacked that wording, went to the other 49 states which did not require it.
On January 20, 2009, Barack Hussein Obama, a man now declared as possessing “no past” by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo, was sworn in as the chief executive of the United States without any proof that he even possessed U.S. citizenship. Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.” We have now learned that there is no evidence indicating that Obama is even a U.S. citizen, let alone “natural born.”
Through four years of research and interviews of constitutional attorneys and scholars both living and passed, The Post & Email is convinced that when the Framers wrote the Constitution, they intended the president to be free of any foreign allegiances resulting from parents who were citizens of another country. Using that standard, a birth on U.S. soil would not be enough to qualify someone for the presidency; he or she must have sole allegiance to the United States and therefore be born of parents, or at least a father, who is a U.S. citizen.
The Post & Email has published extensive research on the Congressional Research Service memos authored by Jack Maskell which attempt to cast Obama as eligible by his alleged birth in Hawaii. However, in his memos drafted for congressional use, Maskell eliminated wording from the legal decisions he cited which would have indicated that the citizenship of the parents is equally important, if not more so, than where the child was born. The memos are a clear attempt to rationalize why both Obama and Sen. John McCain were permitted to run for president in 2008 and an ongoing assurance that Obama occupied the presidency constitutionally. But Maskell grossly misrepresented the facts of those cases.
On January 4, 2013, Congress again approved the Electoral vote count indicating that Barack Hussein Obama would be president for another four years despite the overwhelming evidence that his agenda for the country was nefarious, that both his short-form and long-form birth certificates were forgeries, and that he bore allegiances to belief systems which are un-American and punitive to the nation’s people.
Despite countless hack attacks, death threats, ridicule, defamation and obscene phone calls and emails, The Post & Email has persevered in its search for the truth about Barack Hussein Obama, performing the work which the mainstream media has refused to do. We have also followed closely and reported on the developments of the investigation begun nearly two years ago by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse.
As you know, the posse’s lead investigator, Michael Zullo, possesses criminal evidence of which Congress is now aware which proves that the image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate is a “computer-generated forgery.” Likewise, the documentation sent to FOIA requesters, of which The Post & Email is one, of Obama’s purported Selective Service registration card, has also been deemed fraudulent.
Selective Service Administration Director Lawrence Romo was made aware of the posse’s findings in regard to Obama’s registration approximately 18 months ago but has refused to take action, referring the posse to an impotent FBI.
Those of us who have known that Obama is harboring deep, dark secrets about his past have watched in horror as he has dismantled every law and every aspect of dignity, peace, and prosperity which Americans used to take for granted. This man has forced Islam on an unsuspecting nation through compliant U.S. attorneys, military commanders seeking greater power, and greedy governors who seek to garner favor at Obama’s polluted federal trough.
On a radio interview on August 4, Mike Zullo stated that there is “nothing more important” than the criminality which underlies the forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and that “This issue strikes at the heart of everything that is being done to this constitutional republic.” The matter cries out for an investigation which Congress has been loathe to contemplate.
Over the last five years, both as a private person and editor of the newspaper, I have written to my representative and senators to no avail. I have reported the death threats, about which my congressman did nothing. I have reported the birth certificate image as a forgery to both my congressman and the FBI but have received not even so much as an acknowledgement other than an FBI spokesperson admitting that he viewed the July 17, 2012 Cold Case Posse press conference. Cowardice is rampant in Congress today, and if it is present there, then it is only a reflection of those who elect such people to represent them.
You, sir, have stood up to say that the forgery and fraud of Obama’s birth certificate with the intent to deceive the American people must be investigated. As an American citizen, registered voter, editor, and daughter of a China/Burma/India World War II aircraft radio operator, I commend you for stepping forward to take action on the greatest hoax ever to be perpetrated on this nation which is possibly an even larger threat than Hitler was in his day.
While Congress is often tasked with lengthy and perhaps cumbersome investigations and is, in fact, already involved in several investigations, I would ask that a special grand jury, authorized by the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights but marginalized by the 1946 change in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, be empaneled by Congress to examine the evidence of fraud and forgery of Obama’s birth certificate image. This momentous point in our history could serve not only to expose the criminal syndicate which propelled Obama into office, but also restore the power of the grand jury in the American justice system.
The loss of the independently-functioning grand jury is why our government is rife with corruption today. The government simply will not police nor investigate itself adequately. That is where the grand jury should assemble to examine evidence, call witnesses, and issue subpoenas. In order for us to be a government “of the people and by the people,” we must exercise our God-given rights to hold our public officials accountable by the tools outlined in the Constitution and Bill of Rights enumerated by the Founders at the dawn of our nation.
The grand jury is the buffer between freedom and tyranny, and we are on the brink of tyranny now.
Please stay the course knowing that millions of Americans support you. Please call for an investigation into the fraudulent records of Barack Hussein Obama by empaneling a grand jury to examine the evidence. There has never been a time when true statesmen were needed more, and this, sir, is your time.
Thank you for being the first congressman to acknowledge the massive corruption which has allowed a man without a past to occupy the Oval Office and wreak havoc on America.
