IS THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT THE “APPROPRIATE FORUM” TO DETERMINE AUTHENTICITY?

(Aug. 7, 2013) — According to a clerk at the Alabama Supreme Court, the case claiming that Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman did not properly vet the credentials of presidential candidates in 2012 is currently under review by the justices.
The lawsuit in question, #1120465, was filed on March 26 by Atty. Larry Klayman on behalf of plaintiffs Hugh McInnish and Virgil Goode claiming that “There is credible evidence that Mr. Obama was not born within the United States and that his birth certificate or other identifying documents are fraudulent” and that Chapman failed to qualify Obama for the Alabama ballot.
A 57-page affidavit from Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo was submitted to the high court in May with the purpose of augmenting Klayman’s argument that Obama’s background is largely unknown. The posse has conducted a two-year investigation into the long-form image posted on the White House website purported to be Obama’s long-form birth certificate and concluded that it is a “computer-generated forgery.” Whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii or anywhere in the United States may have a bearing on whether or not he is constitutionally qualified to hold the office of president and commander-in-chief.
The U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.”
Several different versions of Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate have been submitted to the court in the Klayman case.
A year prior to the appeal to the Alabama Supreme Court, one of its justices, Tom Parker, stated that in the plaintiffs’ petition for a Writ of Mandamus dated March 6, 2012, “certain documentation would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of Barack Hussein Obama…” if brought before the “appropriate forum.”
It is The Post & Email’s understanding from speaking with the clerk that there is no means by which to predict when any particular case’s decision will be announced.
