“I hope this book helps convince my colleagues to hold Barack Obama legally responsible for his disregard for the law,” Stockman said. “When told of his offense, Obama sought to cover them up rather than accept responsibility and correct the mistakes.”

WaPo Factchecker gave Barry its highest 4 Pinocchio liar rating this week.

This AM on MSNBC a NBC hard news reporterette excoriated Carney personally on air for not doing his job in failing to protect Barry from himself in not obstructing the “keep your plan” falsehood.

She said “once (Barry) loses credibility he becomes impotent”...or something like that. MSNBC!!!

POTUS Obama ruthlessly used a Florida black on black episode where a black hispanic security guard named George Zimmerman was forced to shoot an adult sized black teen attacker 17 year old Trayvon Martin .

This occured in a secured mixed race modest means housing complex. Martin who never was approached or contronted by Zimmerman was killed when he attacked the unsuspecting security guard as he was returing to his vehicle. Martin was shot once during a struggle over the guards gun as he was pounding Zimmerman’s head on a cement walk where Zimmerman lay begging for help managed to get his gun first and shot his attacker.

The racism charge resulted from and was led by none other than The President of The United States Obama. Who considering sundry socialist communist objectives saw an opportunity to politicize the event and strike out against stand your ground gun control defence and promote and advance Stalinist type housing collectives which was done through subsequent statements refering to the episode released by HUD.. None of which had anything to with the episode Obama used to stop a losing base among black supporters

At least Ted Cruz didn’t get the memo. This week he told Trayvon’s mom her claims were bogus to her face at a hearing, IIRC.

As the nations top law enforcement officer Barry could be impeached for trying to get Zimmerman lynched in a case where not only should Barry have declared Zimmerman to be presumed innocent, Barry had a duty to protect that presumption at the federal level to the extent possible.

As to the MSM media circus and the vile FL (my state) prosecutor, Barry isn’t responsible.

I may not be understanding correctly, but I think to have an investigation with full subpoena power they’d have to impeach.

And that would be the reason to impeach. Not because the Senate would do anything but continue to aid and abet Obama’s crimes, but because all the records could be compelled. - (bold and color emphasis added)

Clinton was found not guilty even though the whole world knew he had committed perjury and obstruction of justice. It’s a lot harder for everybody to laugh it all off as “just - tee hee - sex” when you’ve got dead bodies all over the place and the Middle East and world going up in flames as a result of the crimes committed by this foreign enemy combatant in our White House.

(Oct. 31, 2013) — Presidential candidate Cody Robert Judy is reporting that a hearing in the House Judiciary Committee to consider Articles of Impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama has been scheduled for sometime in January 2014 at which Judy will be providing testimony.

Judy’s post contains the text of a letter sent to The Post & Email and several other trusted news outlets last week which we were asked to keep in strict confidence.

Judy was not available for comment when we reached him just before press time. However, he granted permission for us to publish the letter now that the October 31, 2013 deadline which Judy had set for Reid to respond has passed.

In 2008, Judy ran for president, challenging the constitutional eligibility of both John McCain and Barack Hussein Obama, to which he refers in the letter. He also ran for president in 2012.

He told Reid that he and “12 others” will testify as to Obama’s “competence and eligibility for the office of President.” Judy contends that the Affordable Care Act, known as “Obamacare,” isn’t legal” because it was “signed by an illegal alien.”

Obama’s eligibility has been questioned since late 2007, after progressive commentator Chris Matthews stated on national television that Obama was “born in Indonesia” and various African newspapers claimed that Obama was born in Kenya. Obama’s official biography reported that he was born in Kenya until April 2007, two months after he announced his presidential candidacy, at which time it was changed to say that he was born in Hawaii.

Birthplace is one of several factors which constitutional scholars, attorneys, and interested citizens have debated since before Obama took office given the questions about his birthplace, parentage, and allegiance. Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution states that the president must be a “natural born Citizen.”

Judy stated that “the Hearing in the House will be open and transparent with all evidence to the public…” Obama promised transparency in government before he took office, although he has been found to have been dishonest about the health care bill, the Benghazi attack which killed four Americans, and his background, particularly when he campaigned in Alabama in 2008 and said that he was conceived there by Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr. in 1965. His life story says he was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, HI, but no hospital there will confirm the birth.

Before press time, we had asked Mr. Judy for further comment, to which he responded that he had released as much information on the matter as he was able to at present.

On Friday, several readers informed The Post & Email that Atty. Orly Taitz stated that Mr. Judy’s report is “a hoax.” When we asked Judy for comment regarding the allegation, he responded:

I would have to simply state that “most of the time” statistically speaking there is no “evidence” of hearings in Congress until they are put on the schedule and often the schedule of Congress can fluctuate according to the public necessity and demand. That said, I don’t think what Orly said is out of line and or extraordinary.

I don’t believe it effects anything I’ve said. Orly certainly had not contacted me personally, or been involved with anything I’m doing with regards to my testimony as a Presidential Candidate. The sensitive nature of the “debt ceiling” argument in Congress and the fact Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Mike Lee are shifting the balances of power, even within the Republican Party and shaking things up, probably wasn’t expected by Congress or the public either. I’m sure you do recall I ran against Sen. Mike Lee as an Independent in the 2010 Senate Election and I’m pretty proud of him for doing what he has done so far as it has taken a lot of courage.

Stockman previously has considered whether impeachment is appropriate.

In January, he considered pursuing impeachment if Obama implemented gun-control measures without congressional approval.

Stockman called such executive action by Obama “an existential threat to this nation.”

“Under no circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person – much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court,” he argued.

After losing a fight in the Senate to expand background checks on gun purchases, Obama used his power of executive order to enact a series of relatively minor gun-control measures.

After Washington Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis killed 12 people, Obama announced plans to implement more gun control.

While calling impeachment a last resort, he conceded that gun control isn’t the only matter Obama has handled in a questionable manner. Stockman has told WND he believes the book contains information that every member of Congress should know, and he contends discussing impeachment should not be forbidden.

The Daily Mail of London has called “Impeachable Offenses” “explosive,” reporting that the book contains a “systematic connect-the-dots exercise that the president’s defenders will find troublesome.”

“Consider this work to be the articles of impeachment against Barack Obama,” stated Klein.

“Every American, whether conservative or liberal, Democrat, Republican or independent, should be concerned about the nearly limitless seizure of power, the abuses of authority, the cronyism, corruption, lies and cover-ups documented in this news-making book,” Klein said.

The authors stress the book is not a collection of generalized gripes concerning Obama and his administration. Rather, it is a well-documented indictment based on major alleged violations.

A few days ago former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy penned a blistering piece at National Review Online accusing Obama of massive fraud for repeatedly lying about Obamacare. Last night McCarthy appeared on Fox News' The Kelly Files to take his argument to the masses:

McCarthy wrote at National Review Online:

The Justice Department is notoriously aggressive when it comes to material omissions by public corporations. Any public statement — not just in a required SEC filing but in any public context — may be deemed actionable if its purpose is to deceive the general public about a company’s condition. For example, as I’ve noted before, the Justice Department indicted Martha Stewart for fraud over press statements that did not disclose damaging information about her company.

Ms. Stewart, naturally, was fearful that truthful statements would send the stock price plummeting. Obama, by comparison, was not lying merely to prevent a company from losing value. His fraud was, first, to induce passage of a plan designed gradually to destroy the private health-insurance market — a plan that barely passed and never would have been enacted if he’d been honest. And later, his fraud was to procure his reelection and the guaranteed implementation of Obamacare; had he been honest, he would have been defeated and Obamacare forestalled.

Barack Obama is guilty of fraud — serial fraud — that is orders of magnitude more serious than frauds the Justice Department routinely prosecutes, and that courts punish harshly. The victims will be out billions of dollars, quite apart from other anxiety and disruption that will befall them.

It is impeachment and removal. “High crimes and misdemeanors” — the Constitution’s predicate for impeachment — need not be indictable offenses under the criminal code. “They relate chiefly,” Hamilton explained in Federalist No. 65, “to injuries done immediately to the society itself.” They involve scandalous breaches of the public trust by officials in whom solemn fiduciary duties are reposed — like a president who looks Americans in the eye and declares, repeatedly, that they can keep their health insurance plans . . . even as he studiously orchestrates the regulatory termination of those plans; even as he shifts blame to the insurance companies for his malfeasance — just as he shifted blame to a hapless video producer for his shocking dereliction of duty during the Benghazi massacre. I think it goes deeper than color. I think Obama has been untouchable because Soros and his communist-Islamist alliance have threatened to make another run on the bank and collapse the world economy. September of 2008 was just a display of their ability to do it, and once they proved they could do it, they threatened whoever couldn’t be bribed. We know that in Oct of 2008 Soros and his stooges Axelrod and Emanuel threatened the media company heads with anti-monopoly annihilation if anyone in their company allowed reporting or commentary on Obama’s eligibility issue or Muslim leanings. They told their on-air personalities that their careers would be over if they allowed those subjects to air, and their lives and their loved ones’ lives were in question.

One of those personalities signed a statement explaining what had happened and gave it to PI Doug Hagmann, who investigated and corroborated the story with multiple eyewitnesses, handwritten notes, etc. Hagmann came out with the story in 2009 but quieted down on the issue shortly thereafter. A well-placed source has said he did that because one of his sources was killed and he wanted to protect another source who was especially vulnerable. I reported this stuff to Mike Zullo of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse and he followed up by confirming that the threats did happen and that the source Hagmann was worried about had since fled the country with her family, in fear for their lives. Eventually Hagmann agreed to let another reporter look at his evidence and report non-confidential information, and he reported that Glenn Beck left Fox after the Van Jones take-down because his secretary was getting daily threats and intimidation and Fox refused to provide a bodyguard for her.

Since then we’ve had the sudden, basically uninvestigated death of Breitbart and what was considered a bomb threat to Rush Limbaugh - both on the same day as Arpaio’s team announced probable cause and an ensuing criminal investigation of forgery and fraud involving Obama’s BC and selective service registration. The Breitbart coroner may have been influenced to not officially look for a small red entry hole for a potassium chloride assassination dart because Michael Cormier, a tech at his office, was blatantly poisoned with arsenic a few days before the autopsy release and his doctors basically refused to treat him (let him go without testing in spite of classic arsenic symptoms and Cormier saying he believed he had been poisoned - supposedly letting him go untreated because they thought he “only” had perforated bowel, which is fatal if untreated...) When Cormier’s death was noted as a possible means to intimidate the coroner into sanitizing the Breitbart autopsy, the LAPD stepped in to lie about what happened with Cormier and cover up any possible connection, while at the same time refusing to investigate Cormier’s death even though it would have been a cinch to find his killer because the symptoms appear so suddenly a half hour after exposure. We’ve also had Michael Hastings’ death by a car explosion he had told his friend that he feared that very night. And Sharyl Atkisson had her computers turn on and off in the middle of the night, apparently to intimidate her into silence shortly after one of the White House thugs had cussed at her and told her to stop investigating Fast and Furious and Benghazi. James Rosen and his whole family had their phone lines tapped. A reporter who had done an expose’ of corruption in the Coast Guard had her confidential notes stolen by federal agents without a warrant for those notes when they were executing a warrant for her husband’s potato gun...

The long and the short of it? As long as the media can be threatened and/or killed into silence and will mock people like Freepers when we are the only ones left who will state the obvious... impeachment will not be successful in ousting anybody.

BUT impeachment is a way to get access to the evidence and expose the truth TO NON-FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT who actually CAN protect themselves while investigating potential state crimes committed by the Obama regime’s key players. And if Congress had the balls and wisdom to use that leverage perhaps something could come of it. For instance, if the HDOH was exposed as crooked, criminal scum (who broke every law in the books to create forged and falsified documents to cover for Obama’s ineligibility) at the same time as Congress got rid of all the pork to Hawaii, maybe somebody there would wake up and smell the coffee - realizing that the rest of the country doesn’t particularly like having our national security (and the country’s actual survival) jeopardized by the mafia in HI, and we are willing to do what it takes to stop that, even if we’ve got a crooked criminal in the AG’s office obstructing federal justice...

I think we have to do a no-BS assessment of what parts of our protective infrastructure are compromised/infiltrated by enemies and come up with a strategy based on what we still have left to work with. Impeachment won’t work to oust anybody because the US Senate has been taken by the enemy. But impeachment CAN work to get access to the evidence which can then be used by STATE law enforcement which may still be intact. The media and courts have already been taken as well, although the utter failure of Obamacare is waking up normal people to a level that is emboldening some of the media people to tiptoe forward with stuff they should have been proclaiming loudly years ago. - (bold and color emphasis added)

Dear Senator Reid:

A Judicial Committee Hearing in The House has been scheduled January 2014 to impeach Obama as a disability using my testimony among 12 others as to his competence and eligibility for the office of President. I was the only Presidential Candidate in the Nation Sir that sued McCain ’08 (Judy v. McCain Las Vegas-NV.) and Obama-’08 & ’12 (Judy v. Obama USSC) on the eligibility principle, so my testimony is seen as rooted in principle, non-partisan upon GOP use, and non-racial towards Obama. (USSP - United States Supreme Court)

The Hearing in the House will be open and transparent with all evidence to the public, at a precipice of Debt Ceiling negotiation, in a charge by The Tea Party Patriots; and an irreparably hurt GOP. The rough-shod trampling treatment, not so much of the GOP, but of the Constitution is going to stop and it’s my hope the Democratic Party might be open to that based in Civil Rights rather than opposed.

My witness as a Democratic Party Presidential Candidate has been underhanded by the USSP Clerk’s Office in Judy v. Obama 12-5276; has official Civil Rights standing to show the evidence of law enforcement expert investigations as well the document expert used by reputable law firm Perkins Coie and that will all be openly documented, reported, and unanimously resolute on the facts Sir. Obama will be impeached as a disability under USC Amend 14, Sect. 3.
That then will come to the U.S. Senate with a fully informed wide awake American Public in a perfectly timed debt ceiling catastrophe whereupon your refusal to summon the Senate on facts and evidence will destroy all trust and confidence for the Democratic Party during the 2014 Elections. Your name will be tagged in this, but it’s still your decision which way it’s tagged Senator.

Another outlined option for your consideration:

With the greatest compassion for Civil Rights, under your leadership, the U.S. Senate moves for trial first; before the Tea Party dresses up like Indians and dumps the tea in the harbor. Reparations of 20 million are recommended for my civil rights and a clerk gets fired at the USSC. In the interest of the Democratic Party, Obama and Obamacare is an open public disaster now, with no more elections Sir. Obamacare isn’t legal, signed by an illegal alien. Slavery was once legal also in the U.S., it’s not legal anymore. A fight for slavery is a losing fight and if the roll out hasn’t shown you that I don’t suppose I can. I don’t hold a lot of hope for your consideration, but I do hold out some if you consider a few things.

Politically speaking, consider the blow to Republicans made standing for generations. Republican potentials in the wings eyeballing the Presidency not qualified under the ‘natural born citizen’ clause including- Ted Cruz – Marco Rubio – Rick Santorum – Bobby Jindal, even perhaps Schwarzenegger.

Additionally and immediately, the conservative radio-show hosts collateral of Limbaugh, Beck,& Hannity are seen as anti-constitution, as consistent anti-birthers in their entertainment; rather than coming around to The House’s position they have to acknowledge yours. I will consider you opposed to this option October 31st,2013 having placed this strategically within trusted media sources, and will in due course reveal this letter of your consideration and informed stand upon the facts.
