First of all, the Hawaii letter was far from a “verification.” A verification would have to have some real evidence, real proof, at this point in the game, since Hawaii’s credibility has already been severely and validly questioned. Heck, even Governor Abercrombie (corrected spelling) and former official Tim Adams insisted they couldn’t find the birth certificate. Even if it existed, it needs to be examined to see what it actually says. In any case, have you forgotten that Obama’s foreign father means he can never legally be President? Surely you know there’s a problem, although you reputedly refuse to even look at the evidence from a major AZ law enforcement agency, which has raised substantial and valid issues concerning fraud in the documents of the one calling himself Barack Hussein Obama. This man, the putative incumbent POTUS, has offered no legal proof that is even his name, as well as failing to have established his constitutional eligibility as a natural born Citizen. Since it has been proven that the digital document proferred by Obama is a bad forgery, that would seem to place in doubt what Mr. Onaka has written you.
Since HI and Obama’s credibility has been placed in question, it is outrageous that you would do anything less than a full CHALLENGE, investigation and turning this over to the Attorney General for further investigation and possible criminal prosecution. The suspect needs to be removed from the ballot during the investigation AZ should have conducted four years ago. We simply will not allow you to skate through this unscathed and continue business as usual.
It is obvious to anyone with a brain who has seen the evidence that the purported “birth certificate” image on the whitehouse.gov web site can’t possibly be the same as what is or isn’t in Hawaii’s vault, since the former is merely an electronic creation, which was proven not to be a true and correct image of an authentic paper document.
I won’t even speculate as to your motives, in this letter. What is most important is that you have utterly failed to execute your ministerial duties, which the Supreme court has previously ruled are those of a Secretary of State. History won’t be kind to you, nor will The People, when they find out they’ve been had, which will be well before you are able to run for office again. In fact, you may have additionally, at a minimum, be guilty of misprision of felony, although I’m no lawyer. Is that why you’ve refused to look at the evidence, to maintain a fiction of “plausible deniability?” Now, you can’t do that anymore, but there is still a brief window of opportunity to do right.
We demand that you immediately rescind the Obama ballot acceptance, commence investigation and possible criminal prosecution while removing the suspect from the ballot during the investigation AZ should have conducted four years ago. Hint: start with Sheriff Joe’s findings and Ken Allen’s ballot challenge. Happy hunting!
