"This is a promising case. Mike is a very knowledgeble and dedicated plaintiff. He has been intensively studying the eligibility issue and FL law for years and is highly knowledgeable and motivated. He did this on his own initiative, with his own research. We persuaded him that it would be good to team up with an experienced counsel and paired him with one.
* Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch Founder Larry Klayman became Plaintiff’s Counsel 3/12.
Counsel Larry Klayman is the founder of Judicial Watch, participated in the 2000 election Gore v Bush case. He is the only one to have ever successfully sued a sitting President (Clinton) and now wants to make it two. We note for the record that Mr. Klayman is doing this in his private practice, not for Freedom Watch, which he also founded. He played a key role in the 2000 election Gore v Bush (for the latter, of course), helping to stop the endless ballot counting.
Mike, who has legally challenged “Obama’s” eligibility to be on the Florida ballot, spoke at the April 21 Constitutional Eligibility Conference (watch) in Naples, FL and has a few words to say about case strategy, the “Ministerial Duties” of the Florida Secretary of State and a Supreme Court ruling, which he says mandates that they act upon it. We need your support to continue this case and ask that you donate today to the ballot challenge legal fund. Multiple defendent motions to dismiss must be answered and depositions are scheduled for this month."
