"Attorney for the Alabama Democratic Party filed a Motion for Order to Show Cause in the Alabama suit filed by 2008 Obama voter, Albert Hendershot, seeking an injunction for Obama's name being placed on the ballot. The hearing is set for January 9, 2012. Albert Hendershot reports that he retained Orly Taitz to represent him and they will be filing for a continuance in the morning."
