Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett gave the Hawaii Department of Health the suspected gender, date of birth, city and island of birth, father’s name, and mother’s name for Barack Obama on a form ... requiring the HDOH to verify the true facts ... of Obama’s birth. He also asked ... them to verify some items “from the record” and to verify that a copy of Obama’s posted long-form is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file.
The response ... was very revealing:

The response ... was very revealing:
- It verified the existence of a birth certificate of unstated legal value. It did NOT verify the truth of any of the items from the form – including the 4 items necessary to determine Presidential eligibility. Those HAD to be verified if they matched a legally-valid record. Failure to verify an item means A) the “guess” doesn’t match what’s on the BC, or B) the info matches but the BC itself is not legally valid. (See #3 below. The info matches, so HI is indirectly confirming that the BC is not legally valid).
- The list of items that were to be verified as “from the record” had no description of what was exactly being verified about them, but the certifying statement said that information from the record on file was used to verify those items. IOW, this was a verification that those claims were on the birth record they have. Which means nothing if the birth record they have is not legally valid!
- Instead of verifying that what Obama posted was a “true and accurate representation of the original record”, they verified that the information on it matched what was in the original record Why? The original could have additional info not in the posted BC – like LATE and ALTERED stamps and notation of affidavits filed to support the late, amended – and thus not legally valid ... – filing. This fits ... past words and actions of all HI’s officials – including allowing ... non-valid records on their 1960-64 birth index.....
- The sucker punch: Between the certifying statement and Hawaii State Registrar Alvin Onaka’s stamped signature were / and initials other than Onaka’s. Those stamps are used at the direction of Onaka all the time, without initials. Why initials this time? Because a signature is only legally binding ... if the person intended ... to sign, and initials would allow Onaka to claim in court that he knew nothing about this. IOW, Onaka was “crossing his fingers” when this was “signed”.
