My comment: Note on pages 3 & 4 of the Amended Complaint, under 'Statement of Facts' that Attorney Klayman states:
12. "Barack Hussein Obama's failure to produce an actual birth certificate, or other identifying document, is because he was not born within the United States."
13. "Since Barack Hussein Obama was not born within the United States he is not a "natural born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution for eligibility to serve as President of the United States."
14. "Even if Barack Hussein Obama was actually born within the United States, he is still not a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution because he was not born to two U.S. citizen parents."
20. "Since Barack Hussein Obama was only born to one parent who was a U.S. citizen, and was born outside of the United States, he is not a natural born citizen."
