Georgia Eligibility Plaintiffs file with U.S. Supreme Court Petition for Writ of Certiorari

"It’s on. Our Republic is under assault, no longer one nation under God. The “Rule of Law” no longer exists with the U.S. Constitution brazenly abrogated by every faction of our government.

The Founding Fathers didn’t just arbitrarily decide to create another class of citizen on a whim. Born out of great forethought to national security and the wisdom of the spirit of vigilant loyalty, “natural born Citizen” in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 was explicitly declared as one of the requirements for the President of the United States who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Therefore, it was not just “considered” by the Founders, with the ratification of the U.S. Constitution it is now the “Law of the Land.”

I have worked tirelessly since 2008 producing videos and publishing investigative reports exposing the constitutional usurpation by Barack Hussein Obama II as well as the fraud committed by the national media who are complicit in allowing it to happen and the ongoing cover-up.

In 2011, as an elector in the State of Georgia; I exercised my right in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia to challenge candidate Barack Hussein Obama II aka Barry Soetoro aka Soebarkah as to his eligibility to be on the ballot for President of the United States. Throughout the entire legal process, errors in both fact and law; and judicial decisions citing flawed legal precedence have prevailed whereby an ineligible candidate has been allowed to remain on the ballot.

So now on this Independence Day in the year 2012, I am proud to announce that my ballot challenge Kevin Richard Powell v. Barack Obama along with the other Georgia Plaintiffs has been filed at the U.S. Supreme Court as a Petition for Writ of Certiorari.

I pray that our God given rights survive this tyranny and that as citizens we work together to demand our public officials uphold their oath to the Constitution, restore our right to redress and establish a legally binding vetting apparatus so that future generations are not subject to foreign influence and dual allegiance within the Office of the Presidency of the United States of America."

"Roberts knew that a remedy for bad legislation was readily available to “we the people” in four months.

Roberts might object to a situation where there is no remedy for state citizens to object to ineligible national party candidates. If there are five votes to declare Barry NBC assuming a US birth regardless of his alleged Kenyan father, better to have a ruling now and have done with it so Rubios and Jindal and potential backers know where they stand.

SCOTUS knows that Barry could be out in four months and the easy way out is to evade until then.

If Arpaio comes out on July 17 with proof Barry's HI BC is forged, or proof he was born outside the US, then a hearing on his eligibility could become moot if the evidence is strong, and America would have a whole different constitutional crisis!"

Question #2 - this morning on Washington Journal, two callers each asked about this. The first was during a segment with the president of the Heritage Foundation who smiled and told the caller that anyone born here is a NBC as the Founders intended it. (!) - (bold emphasis added)

The host looked relieved, and later during the next guest segment, a second man called in about the same thing and how the parents had to be citizens also, and this time the host cut him off, saying “the previous guest already addressed that.”

Wow. Cspan really didn’t want those callers (but I’m glad they got through anyway :-)
