“The election of President Obama by the Presidential Electors, confirmed by Congress, makes the documents and testimony sought by plaintiff irrelevant,” Obama’s lawyer said.
"Jablonski has obviously forgotten what a Constitutional Republic is, if he ever knew. Don’t they teach that in law school?
Do they really believe they can get away with this? I can hope that when people see how outrageous this is, they will rebel, even if the court AG and SOS accept it. Don’t forget, even if Judge Malihi rules against putting Obama on the ballot, it is only a recommendation, which may or may not be carried out."
