Excerpts:
"Do you care about the Constitution?
Or is it just an archaic old document that needs to be amended by fiat, by osmosis, by media consensus?
That’s really what the much-maligned eligibility debate is all about.
It’s bigger even than the person of Barack Obama – and whether or not his occupancy of the White House is legitimate.
It’s a debate that needs to be waged seriously and vigorously for the future of the country.
At its core, it’s really quite simple: Does Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution dealing with who can serve as president of the United States simply mean that any citizen age 35 or older is eligible? If so, why did the founders use a different term altogether – “natural born citizen”? What is a “natural born citizen”? Is it anyone born in the United States? If so, why have candidates born outside the United States been deemed eligible? Do we owe it to America’s future to go back in history to determine what that term actually means?
To believe what the Big Media have reported on this issue is to believe “citizen” and “natural born citizen” is a distinction without a difference.
But it’s even worse than that.
Since 2008, the Big Media have almost unanimously not only blacked out any intelligent debate or discussion of the issue, but have also strongly suggested that anyone who does is some kind of a conspiracy theorist.
All that may be about to change.
Late last year, the first official law-enforcement investigation of the facts surrounding Obama’s claims to legitimacy was launched, by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Until now, as hard as it may be to believe, no official vetting of Obama’s credentials has been done – not by the 50 secretaries of state who oversee elections, not by the Federal Elections Commission that administers the nation’s elections laws, not by the Electoral College, not by any judge in America, not by Congress, not by anyone.
On March 1, a very independent law-enforcement official, with no ax to grind, will release the findings of his “Cold Case Posse,” which has been investigating the many anomalies concerning Obama’s claims – from what he purports to be his Hawaiian birth certificate to his life story.
Of one thing we can be sure: Sheriff Joe is not going to whitewash the facts.
...........................................
I don’t know for certain what Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” has found, but I strongly believe it could be a game-changer. If I’m right, will the Big Media that have stifled free-and-open debate and unimpeded rational discourse on the subject bother to cover it? If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one to hear it, does it make any sound?"
