People who have been really paying attention have seen very poor results of the “Obama ” “Presidency.” His economic, security, energy, education, health care and social policies have been wreaking havoc upon this country. He has committed numerous impeachable crimes, not being acted upon. If you disagree, then save your time and don’t read this. Some people are putting all their hopes for ousting him on the upcoming election. We’re not at all sure that is a foolproof remedy. In fact, he is now ahead in polls, if those can believed.
We have another way to throw roadblocks in his path. We tried to beat him in the last election, sued him on eligibility grounds in dozens of Federal Courts. They wouldn’t even give us “standing” (acknowledgment that we had a legitimate grievance under law). We tried the DoD, FBI, CIA, NSIA, Electoral College, Grand Juries, Prosecutors, Attorneys General.
Frankly, we’re worried that the weak GOP candidates (although they are all MUCH better than “Obama”), manipulated media, electoral fraud, phony economic statistics and massive handouts will win him another term– IF we don’t do something about it.

So, what is it? Because the federal courts won’t give us standing, we investigated and found that most Secretaries of State and state courts MUST give us standing for ballot challenges.
What are we challenging on the ballot? His Constitutional eligibility. This is not about some elusive Kenyan birth certificate, but whether he meets Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of our Constitution. It turns out he doesn’t, but the reasons take a little study. Try here:"
