"This is a copy of what Obama submitted to the Commonwealth of PA. See link below. He is the only presidential candidate who did not sign and notarize his affidavit. Apparently he knew of the loophole in PA law and chose to avail himself of it. They may be frauds and crooks but they are shrewd frauds and crooks."
