"Romney's the boss, and that bodes ill for the country (*). Understand one thing: if Romney wins he will have done so despite the conservative wing of his party. He will owe them nothing. Indeed, he will have done so by characteristically and uncomfortably adopting conservative themes -- and from reading this you can bet he resents it. Thus, it is easy to predict that people who vote based on "anybody but Obama" will come to regret it. Romney is perhaps even more unprincipled than Obama, and he will be more effective in demonstrating his displeasure at people he resents and owes nothing to."
