"With 13,500 [ BR; as of this posting 4,000 ] ballots yet to be counted, Ramona conservative Gary Kreep—who took an Obama birth certificate case to the U.S. Supreme Court—has gained a lead. Constitutional lawyer Gary George Kreep edged ahead of Deputy District Attorney Garland Peed for a spot on the Superior Court bench in the latest count of absentee and provisional ballots released Wednesday by the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. VIA RAMONA PATCH.
As of this posting and according to the San Diego Registrar of Voters, "there are approximately 4000 Absentee/Provisional ballots still to be counted."
