"Lt. Col. Stefan Cook was affectionately known as Sparky and he was a great patriot and wonderful father and friend who loved this country and our Constitution. Lt. Col. Cook sacrificed his career in standing up to defend the Constitution from an ineligible president. His actions were a result of his love of his fellow soldiers fighting on the battle field. He will be greatly missed by me and many others.
