Video: Rapper Thrown Offstage During Pre-Inauguration Event After Anti-Obama Rant

    Birther Report

    Excerpt:

Rapper Lupe Fiasco thrown offstage during pre-inauguration event after anti-Obama rant
By Taylor Bigler @ The Daily Caller

Rapper Lupe Fiasco was thrown offstage and escorted off the premises of a Washington, D.C. concert hall during a pre-inauguration concert Sunday night, after going on an anti-war, anti-Obama rant, according to concertgoers.

Josh Rogin, a reporter with Foreign Policy magazine, tweeted late Sunday, “Lupe Fiasco just got thrown off stage here at the Hamilton Live after he went on an anti-Obama diatribe mid set.”

“So Lupe played one anti-war song for 30 min and said he didn’t vote for Obama,” he continued, ”and eventually was told to move on to the next song…Lupe refused to move to the next song so a team of security guards came on stage and told him to go.”

Another attendee at the StartUp RockOn event tweeted, “Things going terribly wrong at @lupefiasco performance during#SURO. Kicked off stage, bashing obama…

Very interesting, and thanks for posting Mr. Steadman!

I'm not a big fan of Lupe Fiasco's music but I do really like his song, "The Show Goes On":

I just finished reading the original article at The Daily Pen. It seems like more often than not when a 'MSM contemporary-cool person' (in this case it's Lupe Fiasco) speaks up and makes a little noise it is called a 'diatribe'. But when someone who is not a 'MSM contemporary-cool person' does the same it is called a 'wild rant' and a 'meltdown'.

At any rate, even though I'm not a big fan of Lupe Fiasco's music, I am very thankful that he stood up to Obama.

I also hope that Lupe Fiasco continues to make millions of dollars with his music and music related ventures. I practice capitalism and I'm very happy for people like Lupe Fiasco who have found a way to become financially successful and who have discovered financial freedom.

      Keep up the good work!

Here's a Bill O'Reilly (Fox News) interview with Lupe Fiasco from 2011. It appears that Lupe Fiasco has an older song in which is he calls Obama a terrorist. I have embedded the video interview below. Btw, not that it even matters, but even O'Reilly decided to avoids words such as 'rant' or 'melt down' and labels Lupe Fiasco's words as 'irresponsible statements'.

I stand corrected. ABC News (their blog post by Jilian Fama) is calling Lupe Fiasco's performance a "20 minute rap rant".
