"Ahead of her performance at an LA fundraiser concert for President Barack Obama on Sunday, Katy Perry showed off the patriotic manicure she got for the occasion.
The singer tweeted a photo of her nails: red, white and blue featuring small photos of Obama. Perry wrote that the look was “appropriate” and said she was “so honored to play for the President!”
On stage, she sang “Let’s Stay Together” (the Al Green song Obama famously crooned earlier this year) and draped herself in an American flag for a slow version of “Firework.”
