Representative Ryan Zinke told WOBC's Mike Volin during an interview that Donald Trump has a point when it comes to Canadian-born Cruz's Article II presidential ineligibility. He said it would have to be adjudicated at a higher level.

Rep. Zinke also was questioned about articles of impeachment against Obama currently before Rep. Ted Yoho.
