I was asked time and again about Quo Warranto
I brought Quo warranto in Ca, Judge Carter found an excuse, stating: you have to go to DC, even though CA statutes allow using out of state statutes in conjunction with CA statutes.
When I went to DC, Judge Lambert refused to allow me to proceed, claiming only AG or US attorney can bring it, even though the statute does not limit it to AG or US attorney. Quo Warranto exists on the books, the problem is that corrupt judges deprived us of Quo Warranto or any decensy in the System of Justice
What we have, is a Judicial tyranny. Corrupt judges usurped our 7th amendment right right to have a jury trial in civil cases. They do whatever they want, they made a mockery of law and system of justice, they do not follow the law, twist the law the way it is convenient for the ruling regime, because they know that higher courts are equally or even more corrupt. ....................................
