(Jul. 20, 2013) — Former Navy SEAL Harry G. Butler, who was imprisoned for a year after a Secret Service agent issued a criminal complaint against him for allegedly making threats against Barack Hussein Obama, has provided The Post & Email additional details about his ordeal.

What was Obama’s “hope and change” really all about?
On July 12, 2013, Butler called in to the “Freedom Friday” radio show hosted by Carl Gallups, who has reported extensively on the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse investigation of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and background. During the call, Butler revealed that he had been imprisoned for a year for speaking out about Obama’s eligibility for the presidency.

Questions arose about Obama’s constitutional eligibility when reports that he was born in Indonesia or Kenya surfaced in 2008. Obama’s biographer had stated in 1991 that he had been born in Kenya, but that reference was scrubbed two months after he declared his candidacy for the presidency, in April 2007, to say that he was born in Hawaii.

No hospital has confirmed Obama’s birth anywhere in the United States, and the Cold Case Posse has concluded that Obama’s long-form birth certificate, Selective Service registration form, and short-form “COLB” are fraudulent.

Over the last several months, fraud and corruption have been confirmed within the Obama regime’s IRS, EPA, DOJ, NSA and CRS Division of the DOJ. Speculation that the silencing of opposition groups leading up to and during the 2012 campaign might have affected the outcome of the election.

After The Post & Email reached out to Butler to learn his story, he told us that after he began sending emails to members of Congress stating that Barack Hussein Obama was illegitimate to serve as president, several family members said that government agents had contacted them and suggested that he needed psychiatric treatment. Butler’s address was reportedly difficult for the Secret Service to locate, hence their visits to relatives.

Butler feels that his unique life experiences provided him with the insight to discern that something was wrong about Obama’s ascendancy to the Oval Office, and he felt it incumbent upon him to inform his elected representatives.

As a Navy SEAL in his 20s, Butler went through rigorous training which prepared him for any emergency. Later, as the captain of an elite Gulfstream aircraft, he was entrusted with transporting the world’s wealthiest individuals to exotic and little-known locales. For 20 years, he traveled the world, often being “on assignment” in various nations long enough to learn the customs and laws of those countries. “The main reason why I stood out above everybody else was all my world travels, of being in Indonesia and Malaysia, the Orients, all my time in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and Dubai and all those places…I was in Hawaii, and it is so messed up, it’s unreal. And it’s all tied together. When this passport thing came up…and….when I had to go through with my passports for 35 years, I said, ‘This guy is a phony,’” Butler told us.

Butler said that the U.S. Constitution sets America apart from other nations. “The Constitution is what guarantees our freedom. Other people don’t have this,” he said.

The U.S. Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born Citizen.”

When The Post & Email asked Butler if he sent threatening emails, he responded, “A lot of the emails I never sent. The more I talked about a cover-up and couldn’t get anybody to listen or do anything about it…this is all Saul Alinsky tactics, and if not ‘all,’ then it’s ‘a lot.’ The big thing was anything that questions Obama’s eligibility. He’s not even eligible to be eligible. In the beginning, there wasn’t a long-form birth certificate, and then all of a sudden, on the web, a short-form birth certificate came up. That was called a ‘COLB.’”

Butler signed on as a plaintiff in an early eligibility challenge filed by Atty. Orly Taitz.

Butler told us that, “In the beginning, I couldn’t find an attorney to do anything. I was trying to raise $100,000 to litigate a case against Obama to make him prove that he was an American citizen and not a phony. So that was my stance from Day One. Then, I mentioned to you about being an aircraft commander, and all the hard work and years of flying, and then I wanted to make sure that when my checker signed the document that made me an aircraft commander, I don’t want there to be any questions in your mind, and he said, ‘You’re not going to have any problems.’

“I did that because if it was an emergency situation, I wanted to make sure that I was ready for it. We’re in emergency situations our whole life as SEALS with skydiving, parachuting, scuba diving, people dying right and left. That’s why we’re different from everybody else. There were 82 people on my SEAL team. There are only 2,500 SEALS. You won’t believe the incredible job they’re doing for this country. It’s a very hard thing for rank-and-file Americans to understand – that, coupled with all of the people I interacted with on a daily basis with Gulfstream – it just all came together, and I said about Obama, ‘There’s something wrong with him.’ Then I found out he had no political experience, and I said, ‘How in the world is this guy going to be anything?’ So I said, ‘I better do something to let the world know that this guy is a phony.’

“I told you about how there’s an ingrained hatred of phonies in the SEAL team,” Butler continued. ” I think that’s why I got arrested; it wasn’t an eligibility issue with me; it was a ‘phony’ issue. Think about this: here’s a happy-camp Navy SEAL with impeccable integrity; no records; flew planes for kings, queens, heads of state beyond all imagination; big into church, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, all over town, no record at all…does that tell you something?”

He concluded with, “Nothing happened up until Obama was inaugurated.”

Butler obtained the affidavit responsible for his year-long incarceration “only about two months ago.”

On the final page of the affidavit, Secret Service Agent Clark Chadwell wrote that family members “stated that they had no knowledge of any treatment received by (Henry Galvin Butler, III) for any kind of mental illness.”

The following paragraph of that page reads:

13.Butler denies having made any physical threats against Obama. In response to Chadwell’s statement in paragraph 5 regarding the Latin phrases contained in Butler’s emails, Butler told us, “Read that complaint; I put the Latin saying on all my emails. It was a prayer from the 13th century; there was no threat. SEALS don’t think like that. Weasels like them think like that.”

In 1209, a monk recorded the words of Arnaud-Amaury, Abbot of Citeaux and Papal Legate to the Crusaders led by Simon de Montfort, Earl of Leicester fighting against the Cathar heresy in Southern France: “Kill them all. God will know his own.” The Crusaders besieging the city of Beziers had finally breached the walls and were preparing to storm it. Simon de Montfort noted that not everyone in Beziers was a member of the heresy, so how should they be treated when the Crusaders capture the city? The monk recorded the answer as "Neca eos omnes. Deus suos agnoscet." With that guidance, the Crusaders killed everyone they could find in the city.

The saying is reportedly used by U.S. Marines and Green Berets.

In his previous interview with The Post & Email, Butler described having been trapped in the hospital on January 23, 2009, where he was given an apparent tranquilizer against his will. When he awakened, he found that his arms and legs were chained. He was informed that he "put up quite a fight" against 12 men who surrounded him just before he was subdued. From there, he was taken to the psychiatric wing of the hospital even though, as Chadwell noted, he had no previous psychiatric history.

Referencing the date of January 23, 2009 on page 3, paragraph 11 of his affidavit, Chadwell stated:
..

.I briefly spoke to Harry Butler who was not in a stable mindset. Harry Butler shouted that he was going to sue everyone and that he was traveling to the Supreme Court today for an appointment. Harry Butler continued to ramble on about the Government and his military service record but at that time made no direct threatening statements.

Butler told us that he is certain that his incarceration was ordered by a White House operative and provided a specific name.

In telling the story of his incarceration, Butler described how federal inmates are transported from one facility to another such that the simple tasks of eating and using the bathroom are made extremely difficult. Prisoners are put in chains on both their ankles and wrists. When we asked about the helpfulness of the U.S. marshals who accompany the prisoners, Butler said, "You got some pretty good ones in there. The marshals are a cut above the prison guards." Of the guards, he said, "They have some good ones. About 95% of them are black and a lot of them hate you, hatred with a magnitude that you don't know of."

The Post & Email asked, "Do they hate you because you're white or because you're in federal custody?" to which Butler replied, "I think mainly because you're white. But the inmates in there hate you more than the prison guards do. There are some good ones, but the majority of them are bad."

From a facility in Ocilla, GA, Butler was transferred to a Miami prison, where he said he spent "three or four months."

"What was the experience like?" we asked.

"You're in your own cell all the time. They have an area where they let you out for an hour or two each day and you kind-of walk around in circles, and then at night they let you out into an area with other inmates. That's the only camaraderie that you had. You had a certain amount of time to eat, and then you're back in the cell again."

"What were you thinking while you were in prison?" The Post & Email asked.

"I always wondered 'How can I get out?' because I really couldn't communicate with anybody to know what was going on."

"Could you get mail from the outside?"

"Yes, you can get mail."

"Did you receive mail?"

"Yes, from various people, including books."

"After Florida, where did you go?"

"Butner, North Carolina."

"Do you know why they moved you so many times?"

"It was another psychiatric evaluation. I think in the bigger scheme of things, the way they keep you under thumb is all of these evaluations. 'Go to this psychiatric evaluation; you're going for this psychiatric evaluation.' Four months long for a psychiatric evaluation??"
