Today the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit held oral argument on Sheriff Joe Arpaio's lawsuit seeking to halt Obama's executive actions on illegal immigration. The hearing lasted a little over an hour.

The case originally was dismissed by an Obama appointed judge.
Attorney Klayman made an impassioned argument in defense of the U.S. Constitution and separation of powers.
