I don’t fully understand exactly what Ms. Weller, the court clerk, was requiring. Apparently some procedural matters involving the initial submission of your document were not followed totally in the manner specified by the court.
However, the GOOD NEWS appears to be that the motions of W. Spencer Connerat III, Dave Irelan and Kevin Cannon for leave to APPEAR amicus curiae were granted and briefs filed. Motions of Scott Rille and the Alabama Republican Assembly to APPEAR amicus curiae were granted and briefs were to be filed in the Court within 14 days.

Leaders embarking on insanity always toss lifelines to their wives and mistresses.
Proof in Obama’s case comes today on the front page of yesterday’s Drudge via The Right Scoop: “This is unbelievable. The Obama administration has shut down the Amber Alert website because of the government shutdown and it now renders this message when you attempt to access it:
“I’m sure you care about your lost child but Obama doesn’t—at least not while he’s trying to ‘win’ the government shutdown. I understand from twitter that Amber alerts are state level programs with a federal website. Not real sure how all that works but it just seems unfathomable that this website wouldn’t qualify under ‘essential’, especially when most of the government is still operating.
“No, this is just Obama putting politics ahead of you finding your lost child. Despicable.
“Update: Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move website works just fine. Seriously.”
So there you have it. The forced omnipresence of the Obamas over everything and everybody—including lost children.

Having waded into the utter madness of overkill, Barack Obama is now trying to drive the rest of the world mad. But clinging to sanity in days of orchestrated upheaval is more important now than ever.

An increasingly mean and petty Obama looked silly when he first personally ordered the WWII memorial ordered shut down and then followed up with actual threats. He looked sillier even than he did in his picture on a girl’s bicycle, when he had the vets threatened with arrest. Next Obama looked silly as a loon when he ordered the Vietnam Memorial shut down and World War 11 cemeteries in Europe and around the world shut down, barring people who honour dead war heroes.
Who is Barack Obama to take this time-honoured right from them?
It defied belief when German shepherd dogs were brought in, in a veiled effort to intimidate veterans and tourists making their way to Capitol grounds to see the Memorials.
All Obama has done so far bears the embarrassing tell-tale tactics of a sore loser.
When Obama had orange traffic cones put along the shoulders of highways in South Dakota to prevent people stopping for a look at the iconic Mount Rushmore, he looked downright ridiculous when motorists merely got out of their vehicles and removed them.
Imagine a president, who, along with his wife, is the biggest groupie of actors and singers in the Entertainment industry, proving it most Wednesday nights at the White House, cutting off thousands of American troops serving their country in the most dangerous places from the welcome break of televised sports.
What kind of a president would act the way Obama’s been acting since painting himself in a corner on the Government Shutdown?
A bully boy president, who will be remembered long after he’s gone as the despicable ‘Poster Boy of Petty and Mean’.
Like the poorly raised kid who steals all the marbles and balls in childhood street games, Obama acts as though he owns even all the private property in the same country he is fundamentally transforming.
In his latest moves, he’s bitten off his nose to spite his face, and this time there is no Vladimir Putin riding over the horizon to rescue him.
When all of this first started, groups of vets in their 80s and 90s were DC bound to visit their war memorial. Now the awakened grassroots is rising up against him.
The tide is turning and the only way back for Obama is to admit defeat.

Obama, the Kenyan born, lying, arrogant, narcissistic imposter, may finally have CROSSED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE’S RED LINE on what they will tolerate in an elected leader!
Due to a fawning and largely sympathetic MSM, it has taken us far too long to get to this point, and this lack of a free and independent press has encouraged Obama to overplay his hand.
However, I think now, after more than four painful and wasted years, WE MAY FINALLY HAVE ARRIVED at a point where the people can BEGIN to accept the fact that Obama is a TOTAL FRAUD!

Bikers came to Washington, D.C., by the thousands only a few weeks ago to express their patriotism for their country and their frustration at those running it, and only days later truckers in a loosely defined group holding a conversation on Facebook said they would do something similar.
The details now are becoming clear, and one component of the trucking fraternity has announced plans for arrests.
Of members of Congress.
With or without help from police.
According to a new report Monday in US News, a coordinator for the “Truckers Ride for the Constitution” rally said truckers not only will clog highways in Washington, express their frustrations and their opposition to political agendas, they will do so emphatically.
“We are not going to ask for impeachment,” Earl Conlon told US News. “We are coming whether they like it or not. We’re not asking for impeachment, we’re asking for the arrest of everyone in government who has violated their oath of office.”
The report said Conlon had cited a citizens’ grand jury as the means for indictments. That movement already has “indicted” Obama and other federal officials, but as they are jurors convening without a court sponsorship, their charges largely have not gone far.
Conlon told US News this might be different.
“We want these people arrested, and we’re coming in with the grand jury to do it,” he told the publication. “We are going to ask the law enforcement to uphold their constitutional oath and make these arrests. If they refuse to do it, by the power of the people of the United States and the people’s grand jury, they don’t want to do it, we will. … We the people will find a way.”
Conlon, from Georgia, said he is handling logistics for the Oct. 11 rally, and said the drivers will circle the city “three lanes deep.”
But he did not explain how an “arrest” would be made without approval of existing – and armed – law enforcement agencies.
Conlon said truckers think Obama committed “treason” by allegedly funneling weapons to al-Qaida-linked rebels in Syria, and members of Congress in support of the Syrian rebels are accessories.
Organizers say thousands of truckers already have confirmed plans to participate.
“If all I get is one or two congressmen walked out of there in handcuffs, that will be a shot across the bow that will ripple across all branches of government. … I hope they are all civil enough and brave enough to step out onto the congressional steps,” Conlon said.
WND previously has reported that some participants say they do want impeachment.
In fact, WND recently reported that truckers calling for the restoration of a constitutional republic were joining with other Americans rallying on overpasses across the nation for Obama’s impeachment.
Sources reported the truckers were teaming up with Overpasses for Obama’s Impeachment to line the routes into Washington with flags during the Oct. 11-13 event.
Truckers Ride for the Constitution leader and organizer Zeeda Andrews, a country singer and former truck driver, said Overpasses Founder James Neighbors reached out to her, suggesting the two groups form an alliance. Neighbors said the partnership is a “natural” merger for a common cause.
“Thousands of truckers have seen us across America,” he said. “We’ve gotten emails from them, thanking us for waking them up. The biker ride in D.C. happened. Then, the next thing you know, the trucker thing did, and we got even more emails from truckers across the country, thanking us.”
He added, “We are going to be out on the overpasses and at truck stops, encouraging the truckers to head to D.C., to join in with the others. They, in exchange, are encouraging their families who are at home to join us on the overpasses.”
Facebook tries to shut truckers down
It was shortly after they were starting to organize, on Sept. 22, that Facebook removed the truckers’ Facebook page, “Truckers to Shutdown America,” which had accumulated 86,000 “likes” within days of its launch.
“Political opponents attacked the Truckers to Shutdown America page within days, and they exploited a little known (to the public) feature on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter called ‘community standards’ flagging, which allows them to instantaneously shut down an account on these social media platforms,” the truckers group explained in a press release.
“[A]n administrator of the page offended someone by saying, ‘God bless you, and God bless America.”
According to the group, radio talk-host Pete Santelli, of “The Pete Santelli Show,” has indicated that he “intends to take legal action against YouTube and Twitter on behalf of all truckers, their supporters, as well as other members of the public who are similarly harmed by these unconstitutional ‘community standards.’”
The truckers also then launched their website, RideForTheConstitution.org, and created a second Facebook page called, “Truckers Ride for the Constitution.”
‘Wake up the sleeping giant’
What do they intend to accomplish with a convoy into Washington and nationwide rallies on overpasses?
Neighbors explained, “The goal is to wake up the sleeping giant, the people of America.”

Impeach Obama Overpass Demo – Miramar Air Show (cancelled)

This Impeach Obama Overpass demo was originally scheduled to coincide with the Miramar Airshow, a much-loved, annual tradition in San Diego, featuring the Blue Angels precision flying team. This year it was cancelled by Obama’s Department of Defense, even though it is a huge money maker, last year netting $1.6 million to benefit Marines and their families. About 25 people took part. It is just another indication that Obama holds traditional American values in contempt.
The San Diego police and California Highway Patrol were notified of the event and warned of the possibility of false 911 calls by Obama operatives, intending to disrupt our protest. Also, it was requested that the organizer be ticketed by the CHP for putting protest signs on the overpass fence, so that the legality of putting up such temporary, attended signs during a 1st Amendment protest could be tested in court before a judge. However, the CHP did not appear at the protest. The SDPD drove by a couple of times, but did not stop.
