Doctor Tracey Lynn St. Julian appears to have graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch At Galveston in 1996.
She appears to works in Riverdale, Georgia and three other locations and specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology and evidently is affiliated with Southern Regional Medical Center.
Is she (the doctor) competent? What factors should be considered?
The parents (Jessica Ross and Treveon Isaiah Taylor Sr.) of the decapitated infant/baby have filed a lawsuit against the doctor and the hospital (Southern Regional Medical Center).
The doctor pulled on the baby’s head and neck so hard that she broke baby’s skull, neck and ripped his head clean off. The hospital then tried to cover up the incident by attempting to deny the parents an autopsy, pushing for immediate cremation and lying about what happened to the baby.
