   Interesting (because I like Orwell and his books).. I am going to verify the following:

   (1) Those were words (and in that order) were written by George Orwell.

   (2) That it came from the book 1984

   I have read 1984 and most of the book centers around just what is said in that picture in the post here at the WOBIK blog.

   I just want to make sure that the quote is accurate because I’ve SO MANY times people misquoting Orwell or just entirely making up quotes and attributing the quote to Orwell.

   Thanks for post though! (btw, the quote is likely legit and having read 1984 myself I know that the books is all about that. I just want to makes sure!)

   Lastly, for anyone who likes Orwell books I recommend anything written by Aldous Huxley, and specifically his book Brave New World(1931).

   “Every record has been destroyed and falsified, …”

   For example – Starting as recently as about 2007 the ‘official U.S.A. historical record’ started showing that Obama’s true birth place in KENYA was conveniently changed to falsely show he was born in Hawaii.
