Earlier this year I was able to obtain, from contacts in Kenya, a tangible (paper) certified-copy (Jan. 16, 2014) of a birth certificate which was originally issued in the year 1963 by the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya for a male child with name Russell Leslie Oppenheim who was born on May 13th, 1963:

On or about the 4th day of February 2014 while I was physically present in the Dominican Republic, the National Police (Policia Nacional) raided my home in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with an arrest warrant for extradition to Kenya on criminal charges of allegedly bribing government officials in Kenya.
I wasn’t home and it should be noted that I spent a significant percentage of February 2014 in the Barahona Province of the Dominican Republic. I was subsequently arrested on or about the 20th day of February 2014 in the Barahoma Province of the Dominican Republic.
On or about the 24th day of February 2014 I was moved from the Barahoma Province to a jail/prison/penitentiary named La Victoria which is located in the Santo Domingo Province of the Dominican Republic.
I was released on bond of 250,000 Dominican Pesos (which is approximately $5800 US Dollars) earlier this week on Monday. The bond was paid, for which I am supremely and immensely thankful, by my friend and compatriot Bruce Steadman.
I am consulting with a law firm in the Dominican Republic to assist me in legally contesting and opposing extradition to Kenya. I will be disclosing documents which are direct components of this litigation in a series of WOBIK blog reports, including today’s report. The following document was recently made available to me and, as far as I currently know, is one of the earliest (though not the earliest) documents in the extradition, to Kenya, case:

I also want to note that said document contains a circular shaped seal of some type which did not appear, apart from a small and barely perceptible segment of it, when I made a scan of the said document.

The “Spanish” on that police document is certainly not written by a native Spanish speaker. It’s racked with the kinds of errors that someone who had Spanish as second or third language would make.

AUTHENTICITY OF OBAMA KENYAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE CONFIRMEND

CONGRATULATIONS on a very important breakthrough in CONFIRMING the AUTHENTICITY of the original, August 4, 1961 ‘Lucas Daniel Smith, Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate’ which was certified February 19, 2009 at the Coast Province General Hospital, Mombasa.
Both the form itself, and the general method in which the form was completed in May 1963, appear to be virtually IDENTICAL to the form and method used by the hospital in August 1961.
The only significant difference I spotted on initial examination was that the Mother’s and Father’s Dates of Birth format was changed from mm/dd/yyyy in 1961 to dd/mm/yyyy in 1963.
The date format used for the Mother and Father Birth Dates on the 1963 form brings it into alignment with the dd/mm/yyyy ’13th Day of May 1963′ format used for the child’s Birth Date. The same child Birth Date, ‘4th Day of August, 1961’ dd/mm/yyyy format was used on Obama’s 1961 BC.
Kenya has used both mm/dd/yyyy and dd/mm/yyyy date formats, as discussed in the following thread:

The existence of this newly published 1963 Kenyan BC should be posted widely on all appropriate internet venues.
It’s interesting that John Kwame Odongo was still the Supervisor of Obstetrics in May 1963 for the birth of Russell Leslie Oppenheim, just as he was in August 1961 for the birth of Barack Hussein Obama II.
I subtracted the 32018 Certificate Number shown on Obama’s BC from the 39225 Certificate Number shown on Oppenheim’s BC and note that there were 7207 babies born at the hospital during the approximate 2 year 3 month time span.

Hopefully you have provided a number of copies of the document to trusted people. If you havn’t then I would suggest that you start by having several thousand copies of the original made,and see to it that a copy gets into the hands of all public officials. Make sure that you send them to them via registered mail,which will get you a return card bearing the signature of the person who received the mail. This is important. The return card is admissable evidence. Hang in there because the BASTARD is soon going to be EXPOSED.
……..further, I would check out the validity of the alleged existence of a legally valid extradition treaty between Kenya,and Dominican Republic. This too is important! Get certified copies of any such presently existing treaty,and when it was signed by both Kenya and the leader of the Dominican Republic. If there are any portions of it that are redacted it is NOT A LEGALLY VALID INSTRUMENT. Make copies of everything,no matter from who. I woul;d look for high quality and experienced legal representation. Get ahold of Larry Klayman, and tell him what is going on.
QUESTION: Could Mike Zullo, Chief Investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, be of any assistance in getting the Law Enforcement Officials in Santo Domingo to REFUSE to allow extradition of Lucas Daniel Smith to Kenya?

I seriously doubt that either Arpaio,or Zullo can do much with respect to the alleged Extradition Order. You will need FULLY EXPERIENCED legal representation.It would be my guess that if it was allowed to happen ,you would probably encounter an untimely,and fatal accident somewhere in transit.
I once worked with a young black person whose surname was Steadman. He was from Alabama. I would strongly advise everybody who is involved to arm themselves,and then learn HOW AND WHEN to use your protective devices. Learn about the SELF DEFENSE LAWS, of the Dominican Republic, and the laws of the US. My guess is that you will have practically NO WARNING of danger. You will probably be up against EXPERIENCED ,PAID executioners. Just take ALL precautions, and keep watch everywhere.

I am 81 years of age,and have done ,and seen a lot during my life so far. But for everyone I will not comment on the subject. I will however state clearly and emphatically that a strong probability exists that there will be an attempt by someone to end your life. Sooner,or later! You will not have the privilege of seeing,or hearing it coming. You will be up against PAID PROFESSIONAL MURDERERS. If you even hope to have a chance to react you need to arm yourself, and learn everything you can about the self defense laws, if you plan to stay where you are. I have not had a chance to fully research the issue of an established Extradition Treaty existing between Kenya and the Dominican Republic. If such a treaty does not exist, that’s GREAT! It makes things considerably easier.
However, as clearly explained in the below linked Wikipedia article, an established Extradition Treaty between two countries is certainly NOT REQUIRED for one country to request extradition of an identified individual from another country.

So? Nobody ever claimed Kenyan BC’s didn’t look that way.
It’s also interesting how quickly birthers gloss over inconsistencies on their own “evidence” with words like “*virtually* identical”. Like that glaring hole with the date format. A country that uses two date formats so you cannot prove if “4/8/61” means “August 4th” or “April 8th”? Is this just some “them Kenyans don’t care” sort of argument?
(And don’t give me the “Wikipedia sez both formats are used” argument. Wikipedia lists what Kenya has in general use now, not what it had in 1961, nor how official documents are supposed to be handled.)
